The staff there is very helpful. everyone is always available to support regardless of the day and time. always with a solution for everything and the dedication of all of them to the work they do there was simply exceptional. they do it with love! the rooms are very comfortable and the pool area is perfect for those with children

The rooms suffer from some humidity due to the layout of the bathroom, but the hotel offers appropriate equipment to help dehumidify the rooms. They should improve on the internet provided. the wifi does not work properly in the rooms. The only area where it is possible to work properly is at the working station that they provide, but it is a noisy area

The dining experience at the hotel fell short of expectations, especially in comparison to other establishments I've visited for work. One noticeable issue was the presentation of parmesan for my pasta, served unceremoniously on a teacup saucer, detracting from the overall meal experience. Additionally, on a Wednesday evening, the lack of penne pasta stock led to an alternative macaroni option for my Puttanesca dish, indicating a lack of foresight or preparation. Furthermore, there seemed to be a lack of consideration for vegetarian or vegan options on both the main menu and breakfast offerings.

The quality of the interior finishes, specifically in the bathroom, are way better than expected at this price point. Having two double beds in one room is also rare to find and makes for a perfect family room.

Having the breakfast not included was one thing (happy to have the option of saving money), but when we were told breakfast cost over R200 per person … that was a joke. Even with the fancy on-site restaurant, I wasn’t even close to tempted to trying it.

The hotel staff was exceptionally warm and kind, providing us with invaluable assistance throughout our stay. If your visit is business-related, the hotel's location is unbeatable, with its close proximity to the Gallagher Convention Centre. Moreover, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to the exhibition center, and the driver was also very accommodating. What impressed us most was the hotel's exceptional safety measures. Situated in an already secure district of Johannesburg, the hotel features a gated area that restricts access from outsiders. Lastly, we thoroughly enjoyed the quality of both the breakfast and dinner services.

Many things. It was clean and asthaetically pleasing. Staff was amazing, from the guards to the receptionists to the housekeepers. Looved them. I also love how e hailing services arent difficult to find. Response was very quick when we needed help with anything

The fact that there's limited water provided... And there's no fridge to keep our drinks and water cold. There was only one glass, one teaspoon. Just improve on that and the tv channels

I love the executive rooms, they are nice and luxurious.

I would not recommend the standard rooms with the queen bed, I had to upgrade to the executive room because that standard room is small and the bathroom was suitable for someone on a wheelchair, while that is amazing for inclusivity, I didn't need that kind of shower. They also only give 2 pillows and not 4 in the standard rooms which is never deal when travelling with someone.

Staff was friendly and helpful and the service was sufficient. Hotel rooms were clean and good quality.

The hotel room had no towels on arrival. I had to request a fridge for one of my rooms as it had the fridge removed for some reason. The flushing of the toilets of both rooms did not work well at all.

Service was great. Room was comfortable and clean. Interior is good. Food was good.

Restaurant was good although they did not have the wine we ordered. Cleaning staff downstairs was really noisy early morning. Due to our travel plans that has changed I wanted to cancel 1 nights' accommodation on booking.com and could not do it from the app. It was frustrating.

Thank you for accommodating us on Wednesday the 27th. Thank you for the cake slice delivery to the room to celebrate my husbands birthday. We really found it special! Blown away.

Unfortunately we had to leave around 22:00pm as my husband’s grandmother passed away. We were unable to complete our stay or have breakfast the next morning.

The reception, on arrival I had to wait +-7 min before I got assisted because there was no one at reception until the security guard came and had to call them to come and assist me and the staff at the bar/restaurant was just looking at me without even asking or calling the lady for reception to come and attend to me
