Welcoming hotel with friendly staff that made checking in fast and convenient, they made provision for our needs and even gave us an umbrella to use when it rained. Cleaning was done daily which made our stay pleasant .

The route to the hotel took us through a sketchy street with a downtown atmosphere; it was quite dirty and felt very unsafe. Google Maps primarily directed us along this path, but we later discovered a cleaner, better road we could have used.

The flexibility of the staff and friendliness. The food prices are good except for breakfast. The place is clean and a good welcoming smell. The bed was comfy comfy. I am coming back again for sure.

The security gate needs to be improved. The gate should close completely, taking into consideration where the hotel is situated; a person may walk in anytime. Electricity was on-and-off daily.

The place is very good. It's very easy to find, and it's very close to the Gallagher Convention Center. I spent 5 days in this hotel. The services the waiter and waitress provided are excellent. They're very professtional and enthusiastic.

If there are some hooks in the toilet that can hang clothes, it would be even better.

The fact that they serve pap. I also liked that they allowed me to check out at 12:00 instead of 10:00 because I was going to write my exams at 14:00. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is next to Gallagher Convention Centre.

The bed is short, soft and uncomfortable. There is no soap holder in the shower. There is no lift. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs and there are no porters.

The staff was so welcoming and professional, I requested to see the rooms before confirming my booking and the guy who was helping me showed me different rooms without any problem. What topped it all for me during my stay was their comfortable bed and the pillows, I had peaceful sleep.

At the security gate I felt like their access control is inadequate as they just open and close without questions, it’s very easy for a stolen car to leave the premises.

The room was exactly as it was in the picture but next time can I have a room at second floor not ground floor Though the place is amazing, I walk to the mall, very clean and cozy. I was sad because there’s no pool but to me and my partner it was so amazing. Definitely coming back I give y’all 5/5✋🏽

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I travelled from Cape Town for me graduation. We needed to book an extra night and the lady at reception did it effortlessly without moving us to a different room . Meme one of the waitresses ag the hotel was gem . She made our stay extra special . The Food was awesome thanks again tk Meme for sharing what specials was available ❤️

Clean room, Warm water, exceptional service from staff

No refrigerator - This was essential for us and we were told it was unavailable when we arrived. Although we were promised it would be available. Bedding feels dry but it's clean. Noisy generator during loadshedding (electricity-outage) hours (even after midnight) so I recommend people choose the rooms on the front side.

I love the fact that the bedding is always neat with a comfortable beds. An the water is always hot for shower I love it and the accessible WiFi.

The noise from some guests who were busy playing their music and singing out loud midnight. If INANI can restrain the guest from making noise the hotel will be very much peaceful cause the noise is really disturbing.

The TV channels are very limited to ENCA news and nothing else wourth watching, the plugs were not wioking on saturday 25/25, the water pressure in the shower is poor, the toilet seat does not stay up, Room 18, ordered ice cream to be delivered to the room at 9pm, order placed at 8;05, did not recieve.
