As I'm frequent guest Town lodge waterfall the place is nice and clean. I will advise that talk you staff members at reception to attend to guests on arrival. What I like the staff that are cleaning are so friendly and humble. The Security officers at the main entrance are always happy I enjoy the way they welcome me and my partner. One important professional respected person at your reception that I enjoy his smile all the time is Mr. Zwane I personally rate him at 100% plus he is a Star.

Very close too essentials, had a print out on the bed on arrival thanking for the stay, travel alot and alot of places dont do that anymore was a nice touch . Better then most town lodges I've been too.

Cant really complain but shaded, covered parking would be nice but i think thats a town lodge, city lodge standard. Car is out in the open, parking is secure sure but some undercover parking is essential especially with the hails in midrand.

It was convenient in terms of location and worked for what we needed the place for. I will not mind staying there again. Very close to the highway and the mall.

The check in was a bit delayed. There was one person attending to the check in and there was a big group checking which resulted in us waiting. There could have been more people helping with the check in.

Quite and cleans rooms and friendly staff the chef was friendly more and even the check in personnel where friendly service providers and family hospitality as I needed to check out later by 30 min at 12:00 since I came from running a race in Waterfall city a plus as I will book again for this understanding fact as I had to shower and eat and check out ready to go home which was perfect

Again, there was nothing to fault, I was treated like a VIP, and it was wonderful. The hotel was nice and busy, the vibe was lovely, breakfast was outstanding again and the variety was great every day, the poached fish was particularly good. I love the fact that management is present and visible. The staff is always friendly at any time, even the night (after midnight) receptionist. Nothing is too much for them. I will be back next month. Keep up the great work :-)

It's convenient, good options, comfortable and functional...especially for an overnight stay alone on business.

They try everything to make it comfortable and convenient...but I had to change rooms to the garden side because of loud traffic from the nearby highway then everything was ok...

The property was in line with my expectation of the City Lodge group standards.

Cleaning staff just entering my room without even knocking - too casual and inconsiderate. Luckily I was dressed but what if my partner was walking out of the shower at that time?

My four-day stay was great, I was treated like family, the staff knew my name, I was greeted by all, the hotel is clean, and the rooms are clean and safe. I had breakfast every morning, the chefs were lovely and chatted with all the guests. I also had dinner on the in-house menu, which was also fantastic, I cannot fault it. I met the GM, as well as all the floor managers for each division, it was lovely to see active management.

Wide choice, both hot and cold. Fresh fruit range was fabulous, and the nuts, perfect addition to cereal. Location super convenient.cutlery service and glasses etc are available to use as desired. Really appreciate that food delivery can enter the restaurant and

Water in the room, bottled. Going downstairs to fill galsses or bottles a real downer. Full length mirror missing. That's no way to dress ...

Town lodge holds its good standard overall, it is a nice place for a work stay in Joburg
