Parking is a challenge. Very uphill and uneven ground. Difficult to navigate when there are more than two cars. Not ideal as a romantic destination since the units are all linked together and all entrances in front next to each other. This limits the privacy...

The bed was big and comfortable, the kitchen has everything, there's security. The outside area is nice, the bathroom is clean. Friendly stuff.

The TV should be in the bedroom rather than in the living area. We hardly use the living space. There are no two-pin-plugs. Check out should be 11am,

Ive stayed here now 9 times I keep going back as the place is private and very clean .The staff are amazing and always go the extra mile to ensure ur stay is comfortable I have stayed in the exec suite as well as one of the downstairs self catering suites and the standard rooms but this time Room 3 was not for me.Its in line with stair case has zero privacy but is extremely hot as the windows do not open all the way and door cant be left open as it blocks traffic and also has no burglar gate .Its very cramped.I had requeasted a suite but this definalety was not what i requested this time ..Not a room i would like to use again .

The property has peace of mind and it is easily accessible especially if you using bolt. The room are clean and their bathrooms are spacious there a lot of movement space.

The fact that there were no cleaning equipment like your mob, broom, etc. If you spill something on the floor you cannot wipe or sweep.

There are no Aircons, you need to rent a heater and I suggest they' should install Air Conditioners or rather borrow tenants and include everything in the inventory

The place was absolutely gorgeous, has a beautiful garden layout. The room was clean and a had huge comfortable bed, also has a coffe/tea station which make's the room so homely. I was especially pleased by having the luxury of choosing between the bathtub or shower as the room had both. And also didn't experience any loadsheding, overall stay was just so amazing.

Cleanliness and comfort

Housekeeping lady was just too loud. She was on the phone which was on loud speaker, next to our room is their laundry room we could literally hear everything all these during the early hours 😩

Stayed in the exec suite was huge .All the amenities of home .The kitchen was a nice touch the bed comfortable linen clean and the staff were so friendly .The daily cleaning service was a extra nice touch. What i did miss was the tv channels which were limited but with the unlimitted wifi i was able to stream . Will definately go back .Property safe and very private . Felt like home away from home.

When we call to check their closing times, the ladies were very helpful and listen. Check in was done and we were well accommodated as requested the kids to be moved closed to us.
