The breakfast was great with a variety to choose from. The chefs/waiters were very hospitable. The rooms are a spacious and accommodate for workstations especially those who works virtually/ hybrid. You can integrate working and relaxing at the same time. It is conveniently located near restaurants/shop and corporate office , good for those who are there on business trips.

The TV in the rooms was not good. It seems like the place attracts corporate guests, and the existing channels are not accommodating business travellers. There were no News channels, mainly because there were no paid channels.

From the management at reception Puseletso I spoke to her everything, she helped me get the nice dinner at an affordable price together with Ma'am Sarah all the way to the waiter mahlomola and Selina at the bar with Mpho I enjoyed my food and drink everything I wanted they had or told me exactly where to get it. The breakfast was too good I just would love to check check out at 12 but still I did check out 10h30 and stayed in the premises to enjoy lunch and I should be coming back again very soon. I just wish I could be a resident there and stay longer next time but everything was excellent

I loved the view and the rooms, fresh and clean, the breakfast had a variety and catered for everyone, the kitchen staff very helpful and friendly, the room had more than what I expected when it comes to bath soaps, they had shampoo and conditioner, also a kettle and heater

No Dstv just normal sabc channels and they were also unclear, no Iron in the room, the pool was non functional. Lights went out at 8pm and there was no back up generator, had to wait until loadshedding was over 😔

The food was awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The place is very much safe and security protection is top.

The shuttle service from and to OR tambo airport is not affordable since you are already staying in the hotel. The same happens for attractions activities.

The place was nice and staff very friendly. Well worth the money and good location close to all major areas. Been a guest for more than 5 times now when visiting JHB for business and would most likely come back. Quiet property and very comfortable beds.

Under the bed could be cleaner (there was a rose left there probably from a previous guest). Breakfast is usually very good, however my last stay I didn't enjoy the buffet scrambled eggs, so requested an omelet or fried eggs, to which I was denied. Then a few minutes later I saw the cook making separate eggs for another guest. I asked the cook about this and she explained that she assumed I was part of the conference group and that's why she said I couldn't have other eggs. I was a private guest and she should have confirmed this.

I like everything about the accommodation, everything was in order in my room, the garden was very cool and clean, the restaurant was also good and very clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

There's nothing I didn't like.

The breakfast is was fairly good & the location is perfect, hence accessing nearby major places easy.

The electricity power cuts due to Eskom's ongoing load shedding are really disruptive. I wish the property could invest on an alternative power source.

The cabinets are not big enough. I spent a long stay.
