Peaceful and clean, have all the facilities I needed to work and rest

A little disturbance from other guests in the corridors and could hear their constant ringing of phones , if only the walls could be a little sound proof, but besides that was a good place.

Breakfast must change on daily on basis No sausages nor viennas served In future, please provide light meals for lunch and dinner guests who do not want to go out Too and very ordinary breakfast Please try CHANGE YOUR BEDS AND PILLOWS very uncomfortable Pillows were smelling terrible Look at changing to NEW LINEN, they were worn off Containers for salt n peppers and sauces to be cleaned now and again Could not connect DSTV easily and other channels Please provide maybe instructions how to access such

My pick up from the airport was there. The guest house was great. Had kitchen TV but no clock. The pick up driver became my tour guide also and was able to charge it to my room. If you walked up the hill turned r and walked to the next street, took a left and walked up 2 streets gas station, Mickie d's KFC and others. The staff helped in other areas that came up also. Break had cereal, breads and bevs and they made you a dish.

I appreciate being looked after as a sole traveler from the time I checked in to the time I left. I felt safe with the directions I received to find my way to the Rivonia business centre and return to the accommodation. I enjoyed my breakfast after hours of travelling. The accommodation I was given surpassed my expectations. The staff from reception to gardener are all friendly ,approachable and willing to assist. The environment is calming ,besutiful , clean and well taken care of. The online booking was easy and cost saving. I have referred the Muco Guest house to my Nursing agency Thymic..to support fellow travelers should they need to visit Rivonia for work purposes like me.

Muco guesthouse is very nice. It is centrally located to shopping centers and other amenities that are enjoyable such as nice restaurants. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. The room was clean and nicely furnished. I was only there for two nights but gaining access to the room was effortless and the accommodations are quite large. Little amenities like tea, coffee, and a hair dryer were available which added a nice touch.

Because I stayed during the fall month, the weather got very very cold but there was no heater so the room was quite chilly. I would recommend that a heater be furnished for the colder months.

I love the place it's so peaceful and clean 😍 But to be honest the place is beautiful 😍 me and my partner enjoyed the peacefulness Like it and it's self catering you can cook your own food every room has it's own balcony 😄😉 very clean. Just fix the shower tap and TV netflix

one problem is the WiFi is a problem and no DStv so netflix keeps getting stark ,then another thing is the shower 🚿 water it doesn't allow you to mix if it's hot it becomes extremely hot and if it's cold it becomes more cold 🥶 Please 🙏🏾 fix the tap and TV atleast have DStv if WiFi is slow

I enjoyed everything. Kathu and Cederick was very friendly and made sure we was okay. Thomas from the spa was also very friendly. There is security gates at the beginning of the road.The property is also very beautiful.We didnt know the property had a spa but the team accommodated us

The room was abit cold and I couldnt get the aircon to heat but again the staff was super helpful in trying to resolve this.

Enjoyed that there was both Netflix and Openview for my mom to watch her favourite programs :-) Enjoyed the place itself, neat and quiet - it met our expectations as all we wanted to do was relax. Enjoyed that we had the choice of two pools to swim at. Friendly staff, overall great experience!

That our oven was out of order, but the staff was more than helpful to assist us in this regard, so huge thumbs up for them :-)

Nothing really cause the one issue I had was sorted - On the 1st night I had no hot water in my room, but I was given an alternative room to use and the next day mine was sorted, was really satisfied that it was sorted asap.

Everything was superb in most comfortable quality and I wish I've stayed longer only to found that it was for a special occasion (my birthday 🎂) so I had to rushed to home as everyone was starting to be so impatient of waiting for me, to come back and celebrate with them too on my special day but I was still enjoying to be treated like queen 👑 because at as a women we never found any time rest if we are not forced too. So , I really enjoyed everything about being there as special guest and I'll never hesitate to come back around again sometime. The breakfast was wow ❤️ and a very good much needed one everyday of cause... Thanks a lot for your hospitality... I have really enjoyed the spoils for an affordable cost price.. Keep up the good work ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
