It was spacious, great lighting , checking in and out was smooth sailing, and getting in and out was easy as well. There’s a little shopping centre right around the corner which you can walk to, so super convenient and safe location.

The aircon wasn’t working too great, there wasn’t any laundry facilities , or iron 😔 The walls were quite thin, we could hear our neighbours in the evening, and it was a bit hard to sleep because of it

Location was good Facilities and apartments was comfortable and spacious

There was no soaps or anything of the sorts for washing hands and for the shower The pressure in the shower was a bit low

Location and the overall cleanliness of the environment. Housekeeping staff is very kind. Place is quiet and peaceful. The views. Convenience - closer to shopping centres. 9/10 Score

Provided shower gel wasn't strong enough to get a good wash out of. Bathroom needs a deep clean. No mop provided for the bathroom. (Shower door didn't completely close so a bit of water always spilt)

It was the second time visiting the property and the location is perfect in the heart of Sandton, the safety is exceptional where you have guards operating on entrance and additional guards operating on private parking space. The staff especially the care taker who assists with checking in after hours went an extra mile to assist with all needs.

Room 13 where I was based was extremely clean however my only problem is the burnt couches and mats in the living room space. How can a luxury apartment not patch, change or replace such crucial details to ensure the luxury stay as advertised. Room 13s washing machine did not work which caused an inconvenience as I had to seek assistance from apart-hotel staff. In a self catering units offering such features, as guests we would appreciate that all appliances work. They need to upgrade to smart TV sets where you can stream shows or programmes on 21st century streaming platforms such as Netflix, YouTube and Showmax. I mean who still watches selected channels on DSTV in Sandton??? That is the worst.

The place was spacious and clean. They provide all necessities. Smooth check in and check out.

The Wi-Fi disconnects when in the bedroom so connection is a bit weak and the TV is not a smart tv, only have access to dstv with limited channels.

The property was easily accessible and close to all amenities.

The deposit was unnecessary as we arrived late at night and were checking out early and there was no one at reception to give us back our cash the next morning. We lost an hour waiting.

I liked the location of the hotel it's very central and closer to great restaurants, I loved the cleanliness and that it had everything we needed, the cleaner, receptionist, maintenance guy were very kind and helpful. I loved it

We had to borrow the iron each and every morning because they only have one, on the day of our arrival they didn't lock the door that leads to our Neighbours which was an inconvenience they ended up changing our rooms for safety purposes. but assisted us with moving our luggage which was appreciated.

-The deposit on check-in is quite unnecessary specially for guests via booking.com - Pictures of IDs via WhatsApp on check-in 😒 - Generator didn't run (one night only) - Beds could be better quality - Rooms are booked in advance without prior notice (even if you are still in the room), so if you want to extend, you have to do it 1 or 2 days before or you may have to move to another room, or even not have a room at all.

We were three women travellers needing clean, comfortable and secure accommodation for a quick 'stopover night' in Jozi before heading out at 5am. Our arrival and check-in went smoothly with no hassles and we were delighted with our well-resourced little apartment that more than met our needs. We were also able to get snacks and frozen meals from the downstairs restaurant to eat in our apartment. Our very early check-out the next morning was no problem, with the security guard even helping us into our Uber - thank you!

Room we stayed in was always cleaned each day even if you didn't request and the staff were very friendly.

Did not appreciate the fact that we had to ask for more toilet paper after it was finished as housekeeping cleans every day. We also had some noisy people in the apartment above us and walking about being loud on the walkways even though it was after 10pm "quiet hours".
