I liked breakfast

The fact that no water was provided and no fridge in your rooms is not good at all please consider it

The rooms were clean, showers were amazing. Airport conditioning worked great. Breakfast was excellent, with a selection of cereals, fruits, toast, eggs, bacon, sausages etc. Coffee machine made great coffee. Shuttle bus to Mandela Square was an added bonus.

The bed was a little springy and noisy.

I really appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a great view from the balcony. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—there was a wide variety of fresh options, including international favorites. The location was also ideal, within walking distance of the restaurant and transport to the Sandton Mall. Plus, the hotel offered great amenities like a pool, a modern gym, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi.

It was neat, easy check in, front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty, rooms were clean.

We stayed in the room closest to the restaurant and next door from house keeping storeroom I assume. The housekeeping staff are very noisy in the mornings and wake you up with banging of things, and moving of things, talking loudly, they are not courteous toward guests. Also, if the iron must be attached to the board for safety reasons, it’s only wise to give guests a small water jug to fill the iron. This was not knowledge to the housekeeping staff. One last thing. The chef making eggs, should be a bit more polite to guests. Maybe he needs more assistance and was under pressure, but he was quite rude.

Everything was clean and the hotel is beautiful. A little jewel in the heart of Sandton. Nice and quiet in the room.

Breakfast was very crowded. The breakfast area is small and the tables a bit too close to each other. One struggled to walk without bumping others as they ate. There was a queue for the fresh eggs station and the gentleman making eggs was a bit slow when it got very busy. My husband waited for about 20 minutes for one fried egg. The staff door is behind the egg station queue so there was a lot of shuffling and noise coming from that side. It was a bit crowded and hot too. Maybe a bigger space is in order and the queue for the eggs should be moved to the other side of the room, not right by the staff door.

Stayed at this hotel many times. Staff are friendly, facilities are great, breakfast is always a good variety. Rooms are comfortable. The location is safe, they have great security who check that vehicles actually belong to their customers by ensuring you switch off and start your car before leaving. I always recommend this location as its central. Quick drive to Pretoria, close to some really nice shopping malls that my wife and daughters love. There is a Spur right on the premises and the food there is really good quality. Saved quite a bit on Booking.com in comparison to booking directly with the hotel, so that was a major plus.

This place truly feels like our home away from home. We love the convenience of the location and always look forward to their delicious breakfast. During this stay, we had an issue with our car, and Teddy from maintenance went above and beyond to help us, with a smile on his face the whole time!! The housekeeping staff are consistently exceptional, and their attention to detail never goes unnoticed. We genuinely love it here.

If I had to point out one drawback, it would be the thin walls. It was easy to hear our neighbours at times, which took away a bit from the relaxing atmosphere.

The only downside was a noisy neighbor in the adjacent room, which disrupted my peace during the night. While the hotel staff was responsive when I mentioned it, the noise persisted for a bit. It was a bit frustrating, but everything else was perfect.

The Ambience was good, the breakfast was amazing and I will recommend this for anyone visiting Johannesburg. They also had complimentary shuttle with a great guy
