I liked breakfast

The fact that no water was provided and no fridge in your rooms is not good at all please consider it

The rooms were clean, showers were amazing. Airport conditioning worked great. Breakfast was excellent, with a selection of cereals, fruits, toast, eggs, bacon, sausages etc. Coffee machine made great coffee. Shuttle bus to Mandela Square was an added bonus.

The bed was a little springy and noisy.

Everything was clean and the hotel is beautiful. A little jewel in the heart of Sandton. Nice and quiet in the room.

Breakfast was very crowded. The breakfast area is small and the tables a bit too close to each other. One struggled to walk without bumping others as they ate. There was a queue for the fresh eggs station and the gentleman making eggs was a bit slow when it got very busy. My husband waited for about 20 minutes for one fried egg. The staff door is behind the egg station queue so there was a lot of shuffling and noise coming from that side. It was a bit crowded and hot too. Maybe a bigger space is in order and the queue for the eggs should be moved to the other side of the room, not right by the staff door.

Stayed at this hotel many times. Staff are friendly, facilities are great, breakfast is always a good variety. Rooms are comfortable. The location is safe, they have great security who check that vehicles actually belong to their customers by ensuring you switch off and start your car before leaving. I always recommend this location as its central. Quick drive to Pretoria, close to some really nice shopping malls that my wife and daughters love. There is a Spur right on the premises and the food there is really good quality. Saved quite a bit on Booking.com in comparison to booking directly with the hotel, so that was a major plus.

I really liked how friendly and professional the staff were throughout my stay—they made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, especially how quiet it was at night. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and easy to get around Sandton. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety, which made mornings enjoyable. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money and a very pleasant experience.

The only downside was a noisy neighbor in the adjacent room, which disrupted my peace during the night. While the hotel staff was responsive when I mentioned it, the noise persisted for a bit. It was a bit frustrating, but everything else was perfect.

The Ambience was good, the breakfast was amazing and I will recommend this for anyone visiting Johannesburg. They also had complimentary shuttle with a great guy

The breakfast buffet was our biggest highlight, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options The hotel's ambiance was delightful, whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying the serene views, or exploring the nearby attractions with ease, thanks to the convenient location. The shuttle services was top-notch , the driver’s hospitality made us feel very comfortable and was always available when needed. A special shoutout to the staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their professionalism and kindness truly set this hotel apart. I can’t recommend Garden Court Morningside Sandton enough for anyone looking for an exceptional stay. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

I did not like the TV they need to update their DSTV Channels and add Netflix

We liked the friendliness of the staff and that they are very professional and take care in dealing with clients. Whenever we had a request for a spoon, a knife ect then they made sure that our needs was met. The room was very clean. The food was a variety and very delicious. The staff made sure we were seated and comfortable while eating. They also kept the place nice and tidy by removing dirty dishes while we ate as well as preparing tables for the clients coming in to eat. We are forever thankful for the 'tone down' , it was breathtaking and the treats fresh and tasty.

Great value for money Breakfast is excellent Customer service is excellent Very friendly and helpful staff Very clean rooms. Spur is at the property and we could order room service from Spur. Close to petrol station, other shops i.e woolworths, pnp, spar and restaurants aswell. Safe and very good location/area. Very close to Rivers Sandton. Gym and pool clean.

Although all furnishes are in working order, and the room was very clean, maybe it's time for a modern upgrade to the rooms, I.e. toilet, shower, bath, carpet, cupboards. Room needs a brighter light as well.
