Windows were not being opened at all, we couldn’t have when we need fresh air. There was smell coming from bathroom and we had to live with it.

I found another word to mean "Value For Money," which is Hampton by Hilton. All staff is exceptional...jolly, and I noticed strong team work amongst them....ever ready and happy to help. From the security team👏 To begin with, Mmarona was very helpful when the embassy was asking for clarifications... At my check-in, Emmanuel made me feel warmly welcome, The whole team of housekeepers....wow, wow..u guys are amazing. Rachel, Zinzi, Zanele, and the team.. keep it up. Checked out at 5am, but still had breakfast ready, and I took a glass of juice😋...come to the variety of breakfast, very tasty meals... great chefs u are guys. Let me stop here for now, but I can make a thousand returns to this hotel🥰 Hope to find u Emmanuel next time I come back🤗

Find somewhere to construct a swimming pool please.

The property had a heritage feeling. Room sizes were good and we had a balcony to the room. Overall nice stay

Our stay included breakfast, but to our surprise, none of the coffee machines were working at the restaurant. When we asked about it, the staff bluntly told us that no coffee was available and that we would have to make do with the one provided in the rooms. This was quite disappointing, especially given that breakfast was supposed to be part of the package.

Location is good, inside the compound feels secure. Lots of lobby space.

They could not find my reservation, even though I showed them the actual reservation number. Apparently they have a "different system" for online bookings. This took some time to resolve,.so I went elsewhere and then came back to save time. I got a chocolate bar freebie as an apology :) I don't eat chocolate

I was surprised there was no Halal Option especially with the 4th Generation Indian Muslims in South Africa. They make halal Sausages, Polony, Boers Wors, beef steak etc. there was no Salmon or any other type of fish option or omelette egg options . Even McDonalds is Halal!!

It's quiet and the security is great. I would advise that when they get their liquor license that they not allow solicitation and people who push solicitation or nefarious characters. The other hotels have deteriorated because of that and fallen to criminal activity. Keep the area for guests only.

It would be good to have a range of pillows. The pillows were too soft.

Everything was exceptional from the room arrangement, cleanliness, bed comfy and the breakfast

The menu isn't available online, I suggest they put it in a QR code poster in the room so that guests can scan and have their choice of food or drinks comfortably unlike now as you have to go physically at the front desk for it.

Facilities and staff are very good

There is too many colour blend of the inner corridor walls. These together with the inner corridor carpet make the corridors look too weird. It could be reduced to one colour to make the corridors more pleasant to look.
