It was value for money. Secure premises.

1. The poor was closing so early making it difficult for late evening swims. 2. I had no security deposit in cash when I arrived in the night. Despite already paying for 14 nights, I wasn't given access to the rooms. I had to swipe and now the refund became a problem when checking out because of international banks. I got it two month later, I had to find someone in South Africa to collect it for me in cash and send it to Zambia. This could have been avoided if the host was lenient enough to allow me draw cash the following day considering that my stay was for 2 weeks. But generally the place was good and communication was great. I still will consider it and recommend people to stay there.

Staff very friendly and always helpful. Apartment was neat and met all our expectations. Location was very central and easy to get in and out of the building. One thing that could perhaps be looked at, is the behavior of the residents... had one guy in the lift that was infact smoking dagga. Behavior like this could give the business a very bad reputation. Other than that, I had a great time and will do my return in 2024.

Overall, very happy. Just the incident with another gentleman smoking dagga in the lift. Could be bad for business if this is not taken care off. I don't have a clue who the person was, but visitors must be made aware that substance abuse will not be allowed. Create an awareness I would say.

Very secure and well-kept property. Comfy bed. Well-equipped kitchen. Great location. Lovely views.

Unfortunately the carpets smelled so we had to air every time we came in. I’m also not liking the towels being washed on a quick cycle in the apartment during a clean. I would want my towels all to be washed at 60 Celsius.

Friendly and warm welcome from the receptionist. Always available to help. Above all there is a good security.

I had to put a deposit of R500 in cash, for extra 2 blankets because it was cold. What if l couldn't have R500 cash that night l was going to freeze with my kids. Our bed was not comfortable we were sinking towards the middle of the bed, the mattress was too old.

Apartment very well located, in a safe area, of generous dimensions, very well equipped and comfortable, allowing a fantastic stay for the whole family. The swimming pool and garden located at the top of the parking building are also a great asset.

Someone had violated the company's reservation system and asked me again for my credit card details. Good communication allowed this fraud attempt to be resolved immediately. The power cut periods extended beyond what was announced and unfortunately the generator was out of order.

Need to check the bins on the 1st day the smell was very terrible was fish water and other dirt in the garbage bin. but then I had help with one of the staff, thankyou sorted out the same day..

Everything went well, very good landscape and very good attenders. Nice internet and security. Good location near Mandela Square. Very good place to stay mainly because you have a generation mainly in this time of loadshedding.

We didn´t like the sound of the fridge, it makes a weird sound. we also don't like the fact that we can't have barbecue because we haven't been staying for more than 30 days. And In the instruction book it says that the pool closes at 9 pm but in reality it closes at 5 pm.

The single seater sofa in the sitting room was quite uncomfortable. The older housekeeper who cleaned the apartment on 14th December didn’t do a good job and rushed to clean.

0oh my word, I don't even know where to begin 🤩 BUT 0ne thing sure, WeStay Is the perfect place to be at, whether alone, with friends 0e your family I L•0•V•E•D EVERYTHING, understand I'm making a close to Impossible statement BUT believe you Me it's the truth💝great, the apartment it exceeded my expectations,the pics here are not doing any justice. 0ur apartment was SUPER CLEAN 👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿We absolutely lacked nothing also and 0ur Receptionist Lorraine what an Angel 0n earth guys, such a beautiful young lovely lady with a beautiful heart. She took made sure, my sister's and I were comfortable even went 0ut 0f her way to borrow her aux cable not 0nly that she personally came all the way to my apartment to hand deliver it to myself😊what a lovely human being she is. Because 0f her love and her hospitality warmth we will definitely return back to WeStay Westpoint 🥰🤩🤩
