Everything about the property is excellent, the welcoming, even the stay and safety was good value for money. I would recommend the place to my friends and family at any given time. Actually, every time when I need a place to sleep around Sandton It would definitely be prestigious all the way.

Check out time to be extended by at least an hour or two because we usually come that side when attending events, it will be best to give us more time to rest, or be given an option of extending hours with a little extra payment.

The location is perfectly situated within reach of a number of places that I needed to visit. The staff were generally pleasant, attentive and helpful, particularly Nathi, and the concierge and his team!

Being somewhat acrophobic, I was a bit concerned at the fact that the corridors face outwards, with the railing being a bit too low and without protective screening, considering that there are warnings about the tiles being slippery when wet. I'm sure you have not had any incidents where someone fell/nearly fell over, but it might be some feedback you may want to consider.

The place is very well located for my work travel and is always the preferred stay for my visits to Johannesburg. The apartments are very clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Not much that did not like about the place except that i would recommend some of the equipment to be updated like the cooker was not working and the DSTV decoder was outdated and not operating properly

I loved that it was clean and check in was hassle free. The host was easily accessible and communicated with us very well. Modern and beautiful place.

The whole experience felt like the money paid was all that mattered. Like it was just a transaction. No personal touch, kindness, sympathy or humility from checking in to checking out. They were not rude, but definitely not kind. From the concierge, to the host. It felt cold.

I have stayed at the property before was pleasantly surprised by new security feature and access code generation as well as works done to separate incoming traffic and exiting traffic. The location was perfect for my drives to Sunninghill and for accessing shopping centers as I need to.

The noise and dust from the construction work replacing floor tiles but measures were undertaken to reduce disruption to guests

Everything was in good condition , a good value for money. Security up to standard. Exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back it was a very pleasant stay. Home away from Home. Good service.

Just there was a curtain missing from the door leading to the balcony. People from outside could see inside the kitchen. Especially at night time.

The apartment are located in the centre of Sandton so it's easy to get to most places and it's a convenient place especially if you are a family, it's clean and you are supplied with almost everything you may need during your stay plus the views are stunning

The address given on booking.com was not accurate so we went to the wrong place but just about 5 minutes from correct address so we had to search Prestige Apartments on Google map and we got there

Staying at Prestige Apartments was a last minute decision as the place we had booked at was not suitable. We were not sorry at all that our plans changed because the location , luxurious accommodation, friendly staff and peaceful environment made our stay absolutely amazing. It's such a pity that we only stayed for two nights. Nathi, the manager and the housekeeping team went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. We were warmly welcomed by everyone, from the security checkpoint, concierge, porters to everyone we encountered. I will most definitely be booking here again Thank you Prestige Apartments for a lovely stay,!

The only issue we had was the lack of water which was no fault of the establishment. The entire Sandton was without water due to a shutdown.

Location, security, comfort and cleanliness.

Security personnel not being strict with allowing only people with access codes. I witnessed two incidences where security allowed in people who were not residing there, I guess they used access codes of someone else who’s was already out.
