Location Rooms are spacious

It's not clean at all. I was disappointed from the core. You can see bathrooms were use by males, as they had pee on the floor and sit and they never bothered to flush. When you walked in there is a smell of wee all over the house. Dust everywhere as if we are not new guests. Couches and carpets have spots of dirt no one wants to remove. No towels in bathroom we had to ask for them. No dish cloth or mops yet it's a self catering. It's not meant for longer stay as there is no dish washer and washing machine. If they are not careful they rooms will rot under their noses cause cleaners are always in a hurry.

The property has a lot of traffic, too many prostitutes in the building and was not comfortable when you are a family with kids,

the only problem was no water in the hotel. don't have reserve tanks knowing the area has water problems.

The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. We were initially disappointed when our payment was deducted without confirmation. However, our concerns were promptly addressed by the property, thanks to the exceptional assistance of Musiwa, a courteous and professional young lady who effectively calmed our concerns. Her expertise and demeanor have clearly earned her a valued place within the company. Her humility and professionalism reminded us of a similar positive experience in Dubai, and we're thrilled to have encountered someone of her caliber. My friends and I were thoroughly impressed by Musiwa's service, and we hope the company recognizes her worth. We look forward to returning soon.

Apartment 1001 . Superb location , clean and lovely deco and comfortable . Masingita staff in general are helpful and kind .

Lack of dishwasher and laundry facilities . No iron or ironing board constantly having to make a call to ask for this and they kept taking it back .

There is no possibility to book breakfast, because the restaurant downstairs only opens at 10am. There was no wifi.

The hotel was very central. The room is very modern and minimalistic. The view was amazing and it was big and comfortable for a family of four. The staff are very friendly and tried to accommodate us.

The toilet seat was broken. It was noted on the reviews, so I assumed it would've been fixed. It's a very easy fix. Minor maintenance should be enhanced. There wasn't enough kitchen crockery and cutlery. There was only one lift, so going up and down was difficult because it was very full.

The location in Sandton was perfect for our needs. We’re a family group of 6 and so the 4 bedroom condo (2 upstairs/2 downstairs) with 4.5 baths was a very good option. The on-site restaurant was surprisingly nice with a great menu. The views from the unit, especially at night were tremendous!

The unit showed many signs of aging (carpet worn, stains on tables). The kitchen was not very well supplied with cooking utensils. We didn’t have water one evening. The restaurant was a happening place with a young and boisterous crowd which was fun to see but also something you could a little hear from inside the unit. Lastly, while the views were excellent, the windows could have been cleaner.

Apartment 801 Good -location ,modern, soft furnishings ,security ,helpful staff.

Could be better - needs more cutlery ,bowls and more pots etc . The bathroom drain for the second bedroom shower had unpleasant smell , after we alerted them they did pour something down the drain which made it better but not completely gone. No broom /mops in the apartment and just one dish cloth. This is all stuff that could be easily fixed so would happily book this apartment again .

The ladies at reception were very friendly. The gentleman man who assisted me with my key was very gracious. I loved the view, the cleanliness and the style of furniture as well as the standard at which guest are held concerning dress code when walking around in the hotel. I wish we could stay longer.

The fire alarm in corridor went off a couple of times. Minor disturbance there.
