My partner accidentally stained the sheets, so we spoke with one of the receptionists about it. We informed her that we were willing to wash the sheets ourselves, and she instructed us to come downstairs. Upon our arrival, she mentioned a charge of R350. When we explained that we didn't have that amount, she attempted to 'negotiate' by asking how much money we did have. We requested to speak with the manager or supervisor, but she made excuses. As a result, we had to sleep without sheets in our room. I believe that if this is indeed one of the property's policies, it should be clearly communicated to visitors, as such situations are often unplanned.

The estate has very good security. The entertainment amenities; pool, braai area gym etc are as advertised by and well kept. We received different receptionists upon check in and check out, but they were both very friendly and provided us with excellent service. And lastly, the rooms are absolutely stunning, everything works, they are clean, and kept at impressive standards. The bed is super comfortable.

The beds base corners are quite intense and protrude too much. This is definitely a safety hazard since even us as adults almost had a few incidents with the corners in just 1 night. We also had an unfortunate situation of being disturbed by very noisy people at 4 am while we were trying to sleep. We do think that could have been handled with a bit more strictness.

Firstly, I didn't catch the ladies name at reception, but what a wonderful and friendly person and experience. She upgraded me from a room to an apartment without any charge, what a bargain. The apartment was beautiful decorated and had everything you might need and want.

There are some maintenance that needs to be done at apartment 23A. I am posting photos below of certain things that needs attention. This did not bother my stay. But with the luxury of the appartment, this is a bit of an eyesore.

i liked the whole building, security was tight, the building was very clean, and my room was immaculate. i loved everything about by stay. except that i got there and there were no pillowcases on the pillows, which didn't smell so good also. the blanket or throw that was provided for me didn't smell nice also. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. This is my to go to place when i visit Joburg again.

Everything you need. Great security and friendly staff. Room was cleaned each day.

Unfortunately I’m a light sleeper and the windows and doors are not soundproofed that well. So doors banging, children crying, loud cars starting up and late night romping made it two nights with interrupted sleep. At least someone was having a good time 🤣

The location was easy to access malls and restaurants

The room was cleaned once and the tissue was not put to replace the one that was finishing and also the room did not fit the photos I had seen coz the pictures came across as self catering but it turned out not to be. So that was a little disappointing but other than that I loved the place good, all the places I wanted to visit were within the same vicinity.

The receptionist and the whole staff including the security were so great and always willing to help if one needed anything. Very welcoming, rooms clean with all necessary amenities. Can always come back to Innov8 Spaces because of it's great location too.

This place is all-round amazing, from the moment you arrive at the gate, the security is very welcoming and nice.The receptionist is beyond great, very helpful and always happy to assist where she can(she also gave us a room upgrade to make sure we are closer to each other). Both rooms were beautiful and you are getting way more than the price you pay. I am definitely coming back when in town.

Nothing at all

The lady at the reception made our check in quick and easy. Also she was very friendly. The apartment was nice and spacious. Loved it

The TV. They could upgrade to smart TV. We didn't have access to you tube or netflix. One of the remotes didn't work

Loved the location. It’s a spacious room. Layout of the room was well planned out. Loved the little balcony as well.

The property needs to look into getting a smart tv. Dstv is outdated. Having access to streaming platforms would’ve been the cherry on top.
