The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and it was a very quiet place to stay. No stress.

Guests was not informed that there was load sharing, and thus, the electricity was off for more than half a day. In addition to the electricity going out, there was no water at all provided to guests by the hotel. The electricity and water went out before noon, and the electricity did not come on until 1 am the next day, and water did not come on until 9 am the next day, and did not fully come on until noon the next day.

Very Clean, and big sized room, plenty of space to move around and relax in.

A few small maintenance issues such as light fitting in room, and light covers in bathroom not replaced, leaving it open and exposed. I was Also struggling to find a plug close to the mirror and dressing table for my hair dryer. An extension or plug at the dresser would be a plus for future. The Above were very small things though, compared to my nice , comfortable and warm stay, and friendly hosts.

The bedroom was more spacious than a typical more expensive high-rise hotel, with a little outside terrace and comforting decor. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a special on their massages for two people which was both well priced and a great set of massages with a light vegetarian lunch after the massage (I suppose depending on the time). Don't expect a hearty lunch though. Depending on the room price, it is great value for money.

Right. So the build quality is not up to par. The first room we were given, the toilet wouldn't flush so we were given another room. The second room had rings on the handles that were not screwed in and flopping about, and the door needed a bit of a push/pull to close. At one point the door wouldn't close because the latch got stuck in. The door issues are ones I could easily live with, and would definitely consider the hotel again overall, but there are some small details that could be improved upon.

The staff are very friendly and professional. The room is out of this world.. you feel like you are getting every pennies worth and then just so much more. Staff are courteous and on the ball. Definitely a place I'd recommend to anyone who wants to feel like a superstar for the price of half a star. Thanks guys, will definitely see us again

The service was perfect, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also offered us their kitchen to use whenever we needed. The garden and the pool were the highlight of our stay.

Some of the furniture looked very old and needed replacement. One of the side lamp wasn’t working. Cleaning in the room is not done to perfection.

The venue signage should be visible. At night it is very difficult to locate the place.

The place is amazing. Love the style and decor. Staff was friendly. Good location.

The bedding wasn't cleaned properly and the door handle was malfunctioning in the love room and put better shower heads. The music from the speakers should be played after 10 am not at 8am when we're sleep. Please add two of everything glasses, coffee ingredients, plates etc

The fact that we were not informed that breakfast is not going to be offered. Also. I arrived at 03h00am, meaning we slept 1 night but still charged for the 2 nights.

The location is quite and convenient.

There was no signage to reception. You get lost first. The room was very cold, aircon was not working properly.
