I give this establishment a 5 star because it is such excellent value for money. You cannot compare it to a 5* hotel, because off course it is a different type of establishement. BUT the host is SO friendly and helpful, the bed is SO comfortable with the best linen, the room very clean and neat, a lovely shower with excellent water pressure and safe parking for your car. There was a nice pool as well if you want to cool off. All in all it is the absolute best value in Phalaborwa! Thank you for a lovely stay and we will definitely be back.

We got a beautiful, cozy, clean room with a "gallery" and 4 beds (thanks for the upgrade). There is also a fridge, a coffee maker and plates/cuttlery in the room. It is conveniently situated, only a few km from Phalaborwa gate in a quiet zone. There is a Kwikspar to buy a few things within walking distance. There is also a beautiful garden with a lot of plants and one can even cook/braai. We just had our picnic there, which was very relaxing.

Enjoyed the company of the hosts, with similar interests (SANParks Honorary Rangers) to mine. The outside lapa facilities, with chairs and table, fans, fridge, etc., were excellent, as well as the invitation to braai together with the hosts. Enjoyed the "semi-outside" bathroom!

I battled a bit with understanding the TV/DSTV set-up (but I'm sure a younger person would have had no problem!). Directions explaining the menu options would have been useful.

The fascilities available to make it fully self catering is really good. Bathroom is big and spacious. Beds are comfortable and coffee station is really nice.

The owner needs to realize that a little friendlieness goes a long way. The fascilities is great, she just needs to adopt her aunt's attitude and frienlieness

The outdoor experience was phenomenal. You feel right at home even when there are other families in the lapa. The lapa area is huge and accommodating. The pool was clean and boma also huge. Insanely great value for the price

We liked everything about A Travellers Palm. The only complaint is to the Municipality about their non existence tar road leading to the venue.

The unit was excellent. The owners were very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

The roads around there are in terrible condition. Hope the government does something to improve the roads conditions given that most Kruger tourists book accommodation around the area

The owners of the guest house were really welcoming and very helpful, the rooms were clean the room was cozy, the pool was clean, the great thing Is they have dstv in the room with a nice size tv, the location is great, quite, peaceful. I would recommend this to anyone traveling in the Phalaborwa area.

The hosts was friendly. The accomodation was comfortable, relaxed environment, everything thats needed. Beds are comfortable and the hosts make sure you are comfortable. Thank you for a good stay.

Beautiful gardens, ample parking , kind hostess and very spacious and comfortable room. Lovely communal outdoor area next to a sparkling pool.... everything a weary traveller could desire after a hard days' work! I'd always recommend this place; and will return.
