The grounds of this property are gorgeous! It felt like an old timey manor house. We took advantage of the grounds and had a picnic by the river, after a lovely walk through the forest. We also enjoyed an afternoon of offroad cycling. The rooms are air conditioned and well equipped, and we made use of the convenient shared kitchen facilities. In spite of the fact that it was May, we enjoyed a swim and a relaxing time on the deck. It's secluded enough to feel like you are away from the rest of the world but close enough to all the exciting activities close to Plett and Harkerville.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic weekend at Edenbrook Country Manor in Plettenberg Bay, and it was truly memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The manor itself is stunning—well-maintained, beautifully decorated, and exuding a classic charm that made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and offered lovely views of the surrounding gardens, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, attending to every detail with a smile. The location was perfect, offering a tranquil escape while being close enough to explore Plettenberg Bay's attractions. Whether relaxing by the pool or savoring the delightful breakfasts, every moment was a pleasure. I highly recommend Edenbrook Country Manor to anyone looking for a luxurious yet cozy getaway. Beautiful place in a beautiful setting. The hosts are accommodating and respond to all requests. The breakfast was Devine and location is great! right in the middle of Knysna and Plett so we had lunch in Knysna and dinner in Plett for a change of scenery.

All the family units were fully booked at the time of booking therefore we booked a normal suite with hot tub. The room and hot tub was great, we will be booking the family unit next time for more space with our children.

A wonderful and very relaxing estate in the middle of nature. Very spacious and very clean room with a generous bathroom and a nice patio for enjoying a glass of wine. The estate it's surrounded by nature, which makes it a perfect place for relaxing but yet in a short car distance from the city of Plettenberg Bay. A very tasty and rich breakfast with a beautiful view towards the garden. The owners were very helpful, friendly, and open to giving lots of recommendations if needed. Highly recommended!

This property truly exceeded my expectations! The hosts, both husband and wife, were incredibly welcoming and kind. They went above and beyond by recommending great local spots to visit and delicious restaurants to try. A special thanks to the wife for keeping my glasses safe after I had forgotten them—such a thoughtful gesture! This place is an absolute gem, and I would definitely stay here again.

It was loadshedding while I was here in the evening but it was such a beautiful property so I had an awesome walk and explored the forest. When electricity came back on everything worked perfectly and room was lovely. Breakfast was so generous, I hardly could finish any of the many courses. Also I love that there are lots of pets around to love.

I would have liked to stay longer, I didnt get to walk and swim as much as I would if I wasnt staying for work. The host was also really interesting. Make time to chat with them and hear what they are up to on the property if you get to stay here.

Location was beautiful. We didn't get to use all the facilities but were happy with the accommodation. It's situated on a 20 hectare property that is just wonderful. They also had a very friendly dog.

Nothing was bad. We had a small issue with the toilet that was fixed and repaired almost immediately. Nick was super attentive and helpful. Perhaps just somewhere to hook the dish towel would help.

Gorgeous property with beautiful grounds. Nick and Linda were great hosts. Nick cooks a mean Eggs Benedict for breakfast. Some lovely forest walks with some decent birding.

The Honeymoon suite was well appointed and comfy. The only gripe would be that the swimming pool deck could be a tad noisy if the guests in the opposite room are having a late night drink and chit chat. But not a major issue. Altogether a very pleasant stay and will return .

Nick and Linda were fantastic hosts. The breakfasts were exceptional. Every morning we had something different. Nick is an excellent breakfast maker. I also liked his quirky aprons. The facilities were excellent, neat clean and tidy. If ever we are in Plettenberg bay again, we will stay there again.
