the room was spacious, with a big lounge area and bug bathroom. lounge area and bedroom were very comfortable

this is a suggestion and not criticism - the surroundings appear to be safe - but it would help to have a gate, for access control

Even though we arrived late in the evening, Linda still had a big smile on her face and treated us with a welcoming kindness; and ensured our comfort before we all retired for the evening. Throughout our two-night stay, Linda was very accommodating with our schedule; and blessed us with beautiful breakfasts. The rooms were very comfortable, and we had a great view over the lake. All round, we were happy and will be returning should we be in the area again. Highly recommended.

The only thing I can think of to improve the stay, especially for folks with children, is a small jungle gym or something to keep the kids occupied.

RiHan was incredibly helpful in giving us suggestions on what to do in and around Knysna. He gave fantastic restaurant suggestions too! Our family room was very comfortable. The place has a great friendly vibe.

The guesthouse has everything we needed. the Staff was very friendly and the room was big and comfortable. it hat a very nice atmosphere.

The hotel is good and it checks all the points but was for us pricey for such a small guesthouse.

Everything was amazing... So much attention to the finest detail. Going out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. And everything is beautiful and clean.

Nothing that I didn't like

Bryan and his team are amazing people, kind, caring and al ays smiling. The room and facilities are fantastic.

The place was great. Our room was an Executive with its own TV/Sitting room and lots and lots of space . It was overlooking the lake and atmosphere was excellent. The host was great and did extra for us on my wife's birthday. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed every moment of our stay there. The host every morning will alert us of the loadshedding schedules and provide advice on how best we can spend the day

Good location in a quiet neighbourhood. Everybody was friendly, and the breakfast we received was of better quality than what we had in some restaurants.

The wi-fi gave us some problems at times, but it might have been just a temporary issue, because when it worked, it was fast enough.

Breakfast was very nice always fresh

Nothing could have been better really enjoyed and the kids also did not have anything negative to say they wanna go there for the next visit
