This boutique hotel of only 6 rooms is one of the best places I have ever stayed at. The views from the pool and breakfast area are gorgeous. The cinema suite room we had was stunning. The photos don't even do it justice. It has a long balcony where we were able to watch the sunset over the The Heads. The bathroom is massive with a free standing bath overlooking the gorgeous bay. With all these beautiful views it still feel very private and secluded. Lastly there's a large private cinema room with a big smart tv where you can watch a movie. The staff are so lovely...Dora was an angel and even organised a last minute dinner reservation for us. They have clearly listened to previous constructive criticism because a generator kicked in almost immediately at approx 10pm when there was some load shedding. Breakfast was tasty with some good hot options as well.

We didn't stay long enough.

We loved the luxury, high-end feel of the hotel. It has been decorated to a high standard and very modern. We loved how large our bedroom was and with views over the Knysea heads were just incredible. Our breakfast was lovely with freshly baked muffins which were really lovely

We booked last minute quite late at night, unfortunately because of this trying to check in wasn’t very easy. However, staff were brilliant once we got in touch with them to let us in

We felt like multi millionaires , spacious modern views to die for. The heads has incredible views and the crown has some of the best. When we stayed we had the place to ourselves - group of 4 and our room was one of the best and largest we’ve ever stayed in. Very modern, lovely pool and viewing area. Staff very keen to help.. Parking was good but you do need a car to get about.

Crown on the Heads is very aptly named. The location is 5 Star Plus. As we were shown in to the guest house and out on to the pool terrace, we were faced with the most amazing view of The Heads. This breath taking view continued on in our suite, which had wall to wall, floor to ceiling patio windows. Luxurious bedroom, bathroom with a stand alone bath facing the view and a shower and toilet at the back. we also a had an enormous cinema room. Dora is a wonderfully warm host and made us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent

The location was sensational. The host was very friendly and the overall condition of the place, decor, feel and views were unmatched!

The value for money of the room could've been slightly better. We expected something a little bigger. We acknowledge that our expectations might have been slightly unrealistic when considering the location and how beautiful the place was.

Two top things to mention are Views and breakfast! Both are top notch.

Some facilities are shared so If you're coming as a couple and there are other guests with kids you might need to be patient around the place with kids playing around etc.. The place is on a hill. The drive is not super friendly and the only option to dine is at another guest house across the street which is great.if you are thinking to done at another spot make sure you arrange a cab or Uber before hand.

The scenery, the location, and the accommodation was exceptional. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful

Having an automated generator would help. The one day we were there the weather was cold and gloomy, I wanted to take a shower, but because we were load-shedding, and the generator was off, the water was cold. I had to wait for the generator to kick in before I could have a shower. That was a downer for me

The furniture on our terrace was worn and needs to be replaced. We've been told this is known and replacement is already arranged. Unfortunately, after 7 nights, there was no change.

The location has a stunning view on the knysna head and entry to the lagoon. The staff is friendly and works hard to fulfill all the wishes. Thanks to Dora and team for giving us an unforgettable time. We appreciated the evening in the Gueshouse were a ‚private‘ cook was organized for us, thanks for the unforgettable evening

The staff are extremely friendly and they will go the extra mile to make your stay more comfortable. The breakfast is good. The hotel is well kept and clean. The location is fantastic we had the west view room where you can see the Knysna heads perfectly.

The hot breakfast options are limited, it’s not a Continental style breakfast as expected. The hotel doesn’t have champagne ice buckets. There isn’t Ubereats or Mr D in the area and the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, but there are restaurants within 5km
