Good accommodation in a great location. We were a couple, only there for 2 nights, but there were additional recreational facilities for longer stays and families

We were quite astonished at breakfast to be told we had to choose between either coffee or juice. When we asked for coffee we were even more surprised to be informed that we would then be charged extra for a refill. In a lifetime of travel this is the first time we have ever encountered this. On balance the fresh fruit waffle breakfast item I chose was large and delicious.

Breakfast was great, the lady serving was very fast and ensured to serve it while it was still warm, good service you are giving to the guests and always ready to help, and you treated everyone you served with respect regardless of their age and skin color, keep up the good work you do, may God bless you, thank you for very nice hot chocolate👌🙌👏. Cleaning perfumes are very strong if cleaners can just reduce strong perfumes, the cleaning was perfect it's just me having challenges with strong perfumes. So don't use too much to accommodate those who might struggle

Location to the beaches and on site restaurant

The layout of the family apartment. There should be single beds at least or a proper sleeper couch especially for a duration of a week. The kitchen is unnecessarily big and space could’ve been utilised for effective to build another room or sleeping area.

My friend and I had a lovely stay at the resort. My friend used both swimming pools and enjoyed herself. The staff was great, exceptional service. The food was great. We had an issue with one of the bedside lamps which was fixed on the same day we reported. Gym facility was clean and well maintained. We would definitely be coming back if we do the Garden Route trip again.

The property has had a make-over the guest rooms and 2nd swimming pool, and reception area has all been renovated. The property has reinvested back into itself which other facilities around SA should take note of! Good Job Formosa

The games room equipment needs looking at next and a stash of R5 coins daily behind reception for use of the pool table as people don't carry cash would be helpful :)

Everthing was great! The gardens, walk ways and pools are very well looked after!

Would be nice if the restaurant had a bigger variety on their menu and if they stayed open a little bit later. Streaming services on the tv would also be a great addition.

It was a big unit and very comfortable. The whole facility is more for family but even for my brother and I it was very quiet and enjoyable.

The breakfast. You had to choose from a ready made menu and could not mix and match at all. Like if you wanted some fruits and just a toast and jam it was a no no from the staff. I love my breakfast but this one was not acceptable for me as a guest.

As a family we loved the amount of activities on site from table tennis to playing pool and mini golf and 2 pools. We especially enjoyed the heated pool! Accommodation is large and furnished well. Lovely and private. The bathrooms are neat and clean. Loved that the windows had block out curtains and all rooms had fans. Staff were so great. Friendly, helpful and just generally pleasant. Decently stocked bar on site. Lots of cute rabbits roaming the property.

Had 1 night (out of 3) of quite bad noise from the nearby road and trucks, but I am a very light sleeper.

Great value for money property. Location is right on the freeway. Extremely convenient to explore the region. Huge space with seperate living and bedroom. The Kitchen was well supplied with utensils and cutlery. For a family or a group , this is a great choice. The receptionist was kind to let us check in early. Overall a very good experience.
