the place was very clean and was just as it was advertised. the staff were very attentive.

The breakfasts could have been slightly better. The avo was hard, they brought the wrong meal the one day. The fruit and yogurt could have had more fruit and raw oats as there was a lot more yogurt then anything else. the variety was very good though.

if I could, I would give a 15/10 rating :-) Everything was perfect! the room is beautiful, modern, clean and spacious. you find everything in there you need and housekeeping is doing a great job. breakfast was excellent and all the staff was very helpful and nice. thank you!

The hotel is very well located, close to several restaurants and shops. The room is spacious, comfortable, sophisticated, and offers contemporary design equipment, such as a mini fridge and coffee maker. The breakfast menu is very varied, and everything I ordered was delicious.

The cafe that served the food for the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was cooked fresh every day, it included a freshly made juice and coffee, and the staff were very friendly. The central location was ideal for the restaurants, shops and bars. We didn't have any problem parking as we came back to the hotel after 5.00pm when a lot of the local traffic had thinned out. We were able to park right outside the hotel every day.

I don't have any negative remarks or criticisms - only positive comments. The room was very large, great walk in shower and a balcony with a (distant) sea view.

Very central and safe. Enjoyed the cafe, and takeaway coffee and breakfasts were possible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Well decorated.

The blanket on the bed needed a wash, and the drinks in the fridge were not cold. But not the end of the world.

Best stay in Plett. Great location, beautiful spacious, modern rooms and well equipped. Comfy bed and very clean. The cafe makes it extra nice with delicious breakfast, raw juices and cappuccinos. Super friendly staff!

This hotel is a 10/10 in all aspects. From design of the rooms to the staff, we were blown away. The rooms are super beautiful and clean. The staff so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just WOW! Willi made us the best trout eggs Benedict we’ve ever had! The location is super central and you got everything close by. If you’re going to Plett, this is your place to stay at. We will definitely be back! Thanks Rita & team!

Nothing, just perfect!

Such a perfect stay. The staff were all super lovely and professional - service was quick and efficient. We sadly don’t remember everyone’s name but special shout out to the couple who runs the place and Gerald (manager). The breakfast is to die for with amazing coffee. The room was absolutely perfect - amazing shower and the comfiest bed I’ve ever had in a hotel! Pretty sure it was a California king too! Location was perfect as near all the bars and restaurants, with street parking right out front which is monitored by parking attendants (not hotel staff i don’t think but felt very safe) - make sure to tip them 10-20R as they stay up all night to watch our cars! If we are lucky enough to come back to Plett we will 100% stay here again!

We arrived very late due to having a car accident. Communication with the hotel was good in directing us how to get in at such a late hour. Difficult to settle in because of “load shedding” and no electricity, not hotel’s fault.

Great location , friendly helpful staff,lovely big room with a patio .

The towels were a bit small and thin. Would have been nice to have a normal fluffy towels but it’s just a small issue overall .
