Great - especially the bonus of being able to enjoy on top floor by pool with amazing views.

I was given an alternative room because my allocated room had several issues including non working plug socket - blocked sink - a shower with moveable head that kept falling down - the general impression was that fit out had been completed in hurry and things were not done properly. Men were working on the hotel the whole time I was there which was a bit annoying but staff were exceptional food was ideal for our requirements and the location and views memorable. Hotel manager was extremely helpful - we had a great stay once rooms were changed / upgraded.

Breakfasts were great, location suited us perfectly and quick to get to the beach and to nearby town shops

The message that I sent on Booking.Com somehow the hotel didn't receive it. So when I arrived, I had specifically asked that the luxury suite I had booked, needed to have twin beds and requested a sea view. When we arrived, the room had a king bed and the view was looking onto a large yellow house that blocked the view entirely. The staff were great and they managed to move us to a sea view and reconfigured the beds to twin beds. But the hotel needs to take this up with Booking.Com as to why the message was not passed on as we had to wait an extra 40min for the changes to be made after having arrived late in the afternoon because of our flight from Joburg and road works on the road from George airport.

10/10. Hotel is beautiful., the pool is nice, I love the bar upstairs. The location is also perfect on the main street right in the middle of everything. The staff are also extremely nice. Shout out to Amber for organising my taxis for me and making sure I was safe during my daily trips. Also the restaurant next door is so convenient for somewhere to eat. I think I ate all my meals there during my stay. Not just because it was next door but also because the food is really good. They even did something special for me for my birthday. I hope to come back to Plett and will definitely stay at this hotel again

The breakfast was an absolute joy! Not only were you able to enjoy a hot option of which there were several but you also had the continental buffet to indulge in too! From a selection of fresh fruits, yogurts, cold meats, to an assorment of Muffins and Croissants...it was a delight! And the staff help make your day - thanks Jayden! The Hotels location was perfect and allows for you to explore all of the beaches, shop fronts and eateries with ease!

To be fair there was little or nothing not too like. It might be nice if the Sky Bar could stay open in the evening for slightly longer as it is the perfect place to enjoy an after dinner drink under the stars and the mountains and Robberg silohueted in the night sky!

Location was excellent, staff friendly. We only stayed 2 nights so had booked a standard room with an inner courtyard view (which we didn’t use), howeber although VERY compact it was super clean and had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed. If we had been staying any longer we would have gone for a bigger room with a view. Lovely rooftop terrace, but could possibly fit in a few extra loungers as only about 10. Contrary to other reviews we had no noise from the club downstairs, but we did stay midweek so think it was shut. Note: most of the restaurants stop serving by 9pm. Lookout View was a great recommendation a few minutes walk away to the beach. Also, Sol bar down the road had a good a good selection of cocktails and beers. The hotel restaurant looked very busy in the evenings too, but we tend to like to eat out.

We used the laundry service which was quick, but wouldn’t recommend for anything other than underwear as they obviously tumble dry everything and my blouse/trousers were not pressed and returned rather crumpled. And there is no iron in the room.

A great hotel located on the Main Road. The decor was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all super friendly. Breakfast was really good (you have the option of a la carte and/or buffet). We also ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and the food was good. The rooftop deck is a great spot for sundowners.

The room was fairly small. If you can, book an outward facing room rather than one which opens onto the inner courtyard.

The hotel is beautiful, the treatment from when you arrive at reception, taking you to your room and taking time to explain where what is. Staff is friendly and helpful despite their role. I loved the location it is central, not far from the beach, and yet you can stay in the hotel the whole day if you want to and enjoy the beautiful pool area with a beautiful view of the ocean. The room decor was esthetically pleasing, fitted with aircon. Comfortable bed and a cosy couch. Beautiful bathroom. The linen was clean and clean towels. The room had decent TV size with Netflix, Disney, and Prime video. You just need to log in with your own details. The hotel restaurant is beautiful with a nice deck area where one gets to enjoy and appreciate the beautiful town that is Plettenberg Bay whilst enjoying a meal and sipping on to a drink of choice. I liked that there is a variety of options for breakfast, and one can choose to have breakfast at the restaurant or ask for room service. The lunch and dinner menu was great. I loved their pasta. It was my daughters birthday, and the manager prepared a treat for her. I found that to be a nice gesture.

I booked a standard room online, which was too small, no windows, meaning no natural light comes in. I had to upgrade to a bigger nicer room with a view and the staff was really helpful. So if you are someone who does not like dark spaces please take note. The hotel does not provide bath robes or sleepers.

It’s a brand new hotel in the CBD of Plett. Walking distance to the beach and the main shopping street of Plett. The hotel group ensured that they aced this project with delivering a perfect hotel for tourists visiting Plett. The hotel is modern with modern bedrooms that has a Nespresso coffee machine, mini bar and soft beds with good quality white linen. The breakfast was included and the food served was great standard. The restaurant staff and hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We loved everything about the property. From the moment we got there up until we left. The staff went above and beyond to help us as we faced some difficulty with our car and they tried their utmost best to provide assistance. The staff are so hospitable and friendly! I work in hospitality too, so I was blown away. The FOOD was SOO GOOD - fresh, flavourful, aesthetically pleasing too! Compliments to the chef!!The service from barmen and waiters was stellar. Big shout out to the GM and his team, you guys are doing an excellent job and it’s properties like this that make me love working and enjoying hospitality so much. The room was perfect too, love the balcony aspect of it - opens up the space so much. The Sky Bar and that VIEW!! Wow just, chef’s kiss. Lastly, the birthday turndown and turndown service was executed lovely too.

Stunning hotel in the heart of Plettenberg Bay. We originally booked an inner courtyard room, but upon arrival, we upgraded to a balcony room, which was exceptional, large, and airy with a large sea view balcony. The rooftop pool is fabulous, amazing views across the bay, and comfortable sunloungers to relax on a hot day. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice and we also enjoyed lunch in the restaurant. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Plettenberg.
