This is truly a bizarre piece of luxury in the middle of Polokwane. The service is comparable to that of international 5 star hotels. Their restaurant is exceptional, and incomparable with other offerings around. That being said, this is the only 5 star hotel in Polokwane, an achievement they are rightfully proud of, however it does show in their lack of desire for innovation. The hotel has many areas that are unused and have got potential to create lounge areas for guests or additional bar space. Additionally, the lack of pool is a fair letdown.

Our aircon stopped working at 2 in the morning (in an area with temperatures averaging 38 degrees Celsius) and took about an hour to resolve by moving rooms.

Breakfast was superb, and the presentation is beautiful and appetizing. The staff are all very friendly and attentive.

The pillows on the bed were very hard and uncomfortable, causing a stiff neck. Softer pillows will be more comfortable. The duvet is about 10 cm thick and, although luxurious, much too warm.

Beautiful property, clean well looked after

Shower did not work, had to use bath. No gym at property. No access to plug iron, had to use one on pedestal, which was far for the iroing board. Breakfast was too slow, should consider buffet.

This hotel is extremely elegant and definitely world class. I could not think of a single thing to add to the luxury of our stay. The staff are very accommodating and very stylish.

The only thing that I found extremely annoying is that we were not permitted to run a tab for the drinks we had in the room or on the terrace. i.e you swipe your card for every single thing that you order. I felt a bit like a child compared to visiting many, many 5* hotels in various countries. I consider it unprofessional.

The property is beautiful, very luxurious. The staff, incredible! Bridgette and her team made my Dad's 70th birthday a memory that will last a lifetime. I would recommend this hotel over and over. Thank you!

Everything about this place, feels like you're in a small heaven. Lol I don't know why we still have to rate this hotel anyway because wow, everything about it is exceptional, they are the Beyonce of the game, they are exactly who they think they are. It worth every cent.

breakfast was fantastic, the bed was comfortable and linen very clean, bathroom spotless

parking is a little congested and no cover for cars parking in the sun and exposed to rain and hail storm.

The dinner was incredible!!!!! The ambiance and atmosphere was just incredible! I was blown away by the amount of space in the room as well the bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable and cozy. We were truly spoiled by this experience. Shout out to Justice and Jack who served us during our dinner!

EVERYTHING 👌 . From the very beginning when i was still making a booking, Aletta was very patient and helpful. Our room was worth every cent 😊. Bed is so comfortable we found it hard to get up 😂. The food 😋 10/10, we enjoyed everything about our stay.

Everything was perfect, I loved the 5 course meal we had for dinner, what an experience 😍 wow!
