The location - very close to amenities, close enough to walk and safely; the privacy of the small garden that came with the room; the Aircon, DStv (great channels); no noise; the blackout curtains that don't let light in; the staff was very friendly and helpful, esp. the lady at reception 👌

The mosquitoes and no pest/insect spray; softer pillows needed; more toilet paper; the zero alcohol policy is a tough one. Rather say No Public Drinking and No Drunkenness behavior on the premises. A vending and an ice machine would be a bonus. Overall, great place.

The showers are comfortably big and the water flows well. Staff friendly and overall such a good spot to stay in. Quite clean too. You really get to enjoy your space.

Being able to freely access the lodge coming back late at night. Had to wait at the gate and for security concerns it's not an easy entrance to get away from if you were being followed and cornered... Polokwane is a safe town so I'm not upset about it though.

I felt at home. Easy to settle in. Quiet & comfortable. Safe & secure. All the basics covered like tea/coffee, kettle, soaps, small heater, and TV with DSTV. Nice compact braai area. Perfect for solo business travelers with work to do in the area. Beautiful little shopping center, 3 minutes drive away, callend 'The Greenery' with takeaways, supermarket, clothes, toiletries.

Bathroom is a little tight, but it isnt a problem as such. Parking's are a little tight, but there's one for each home, and it's totally manageable.

The welcoming was great. When we arrive, our driver didn't have a place to stay and despite being fully booked the manager assisted us greatly and we are so greatful. The staff both at the reception and kitchen were very friendly and available whenever you need something. Sophie, thank you. The food were well cooked, delicious, and more than enough. The rooms were big more like a one bedroom flat with enough space. The beds were soft and comfortable. And the blankets and towel clean and fresh. The kicthen is fully equipped. You can book a self catering and dont have to carry any of the kitchen utility. The location is perfect. So peaceful and clean.

It was an one bedroom apartment with everything that you will need for your stay. nice braai area. very spacious. All great.

I did not like that the Toilet was down stairs but that is something that you cannot change. The fact that when its load shedding and there is no water... That's something that you need to look at.. The electricity you cannot control and I can deal with that but the fact that there is NO WATER.. I cannot deal with that.. you need to get a back up for your water pump at least for your guest because we work late and we get to a guesthouse late then we can deal with no electricity but the water issue... NAH MAN!!!

This was a last minute booking and we are lucky to have found this place. The lady at reception was very friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were clean and smelled fresh!

We almost got lost finding the place, it would be great to have some signage around the area since we were having issues with our GPS🙃

It was clean, the receptionist was super friendly and I had noisy neighbours and when I reported it to reception it was taken very seriously and got resolved very quickly.

I just didn’t like that you have to rely on them to open the gate for you whenever you want to go somewhere and coming back.

The place is specious, Home away from Home. The bed was very comfortable.

•TV - Netflix can be better than DSTV. •Add more lights at the door. It's dark at night. •The owner/supervisor should monitor the cleaning staff regularly to check the cleaniness of the rooms. It will be advisable to use a vacuum cleaner once in a while.

The room was nice & clean and one is welcomed with a lovely calming fragrance as you enter the room. The little outdoor “patio” was a nice addition if you wanted fresh air without leaving your room.

The basins in the bathroom are beautiful but too small and shallow, when you try washing your face, water spills all over the bathroom floor
