I’ve been staying at Wink Aparthotel Quiver Tree for the past three years during the Stellenbosch International Chamber Music Festival, and I always enjoy the convenience and modern design of the apartments. This time, I appreciated that the TV was a smart TV with access to YouTube and Netflix—something that was lacking during my previous stays.

While the apartment was generally clean, it didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned—wrinkled pillows left me wondering whether the linen had been changed. The air conditioning didn’t work at all during my stay, which was disappointing. I was also surprised to hear that parking is now being charged separately, as this wasn’t the case in previous years.

The booking was cancelled for one night of the two booked but they did find us alternative accommodation for the 1st night. We did not like the alternative at all as very sub-standard. We were very disappointed as the booking was made a month and a half in advance in order to be able to get ready for a wedding without stress. Personally I believe our room was double booked for the first night due to the amount of youngsters booking out when we arrived. The hotel was loading up dozens of beds to be moved from that location to another of their sites to accommodate the school's teams. Anyway, aside from that, we eventually got the room we initially booked and it was very nice and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

As above. Just found that due to the acoustics on the inside passages when the staff shout to each other it is quite invasive and noisy.

I would like to commend your restaurant staff , Jubileen and team was absolutely friendly and helpful . The chef is awesome . She goes out of her way to make sure her guest have well prepared dishes . The waiters were very friendly . They ensure the place was always clean . Maybe look into improving that aspect . Otherwise i absolutely loved the pace . Would definitely recommend to all my peers .

I would like to make a suggestion , Please put a few chairs outside the laundry . It is a long wait for one to wash and dry . The blinds in the room are not very user friendly , The size of the TV is very small . I could barely see the writing .

Breakfast was wonderful , value for money . The room was cute and relaxed when I walked in . Everything was clean and up to standards . The welcoming was warm .

I didn't like the way the WiFi kicked me out when I received and entered the voucher code and the amount of dstv channels wasn't enough . Entertainment is big when it comes to lodging at a aparthotel .

Great venue & location. Exactly what I needed while I worked remotely from Stellenbosch & my family was getting settled at University.

The WiFi in the room didn’t work & had to connect to the WiFi in an adjacent room which lead to performance issues especially during video meetings plus the UPS power would run before the end of load shedding meaning I had to find alternative internet connections. I used the cafe facilities for meals & some work. The WiFi always worked though the cafe couldn’t prepare food during load shedding meaning I had to plan my meals around the load shedding schedule. The cafe was not suitable for my video call meetings though when the WiFi was not available in my room due to load shedding, it was the only option available.

Wow.Well equiped two bedroom units.Loved the mordern decor and art work..Very impressed with the eco friendly theme .From the speck boom in the flower pots outside ,the catchment of water from aircons outside our units,the light and air flow structures to service the basement parking area.Loved the zen like quint seating areas in the court yards. Our families who attended a wedding occupied four units. Awesome , clean and safe place to stay. Basement parking safe and secured. Jubile and Ashley was amazing.Thanks Ashley for the coffees which was a life saver early morning during load shedding. These are the people you want in this business that goes the extra mile. Security friendly ,strict controlled and helpful. Booking in was a smooth process.Than you to house keeping for keeping units clean and ready for guests.

During load shedding need emergency lights in the units and light stair csses as well. Our unit one wall needed a paint marks on the wall. Maybe think of upgrading our units bsthroom.. Wifi connections needs an improvement. Perhap have an information board for load shedding times so guests are well imformed so they can stricture their movements around this.

General appearance and cleanliness excellent. Parking a bonus.

The blinds are not solid and the entire unit is lit up at night. Add proper hotel black out curtains. Over week-end tenants' music was loud and people talked loud. The mattresses in unit 1.06 are getting a bit old.

No clean bedding and towels after we have been there already 5 days. Nobody informed us or provided us with the loadshedding schedule. No lighting from the underground parking when loadshedding. Bed not comfortable.

The place has everything you need to spend some time. It is not far from the university, shops, in a quiet area. The balconies and the available parking are a bonus.

It would have been nice to have laundry facilities in the complex.
