Overall great stay at the hotel because of: - fantastic location right near Busan station - staff were kind and spoke English well - great pool & room service - superior interior with an LG Styler and bathtub

We only had two small issues: - the A/C is directed at the bed and even though we set the temperature to 22°C, it was quite cold and blowing into our faces, even at low speed, while we were sleeping - the elevators sometime didn‘t stop at our floor (6th floor) and kept passing it, my husband was stuck in the elevator for several minutes while it was going to other floors but ours

A big hotel a few minutes walk from the train station, I was blown away by the value. The bathroom was amazing, with incredible products, a large bath and lots of towels. The bed was comfy and the room a decent size. I didn't end up using the pool but it looked lovely, and the whole bar area upstairs was really lovely. I tend to avoid hotel restaurants but on a rainy day I gave in and had a really decent meal and good wine, all reasonably priced. The bar staff were really friendly and helpful. The area is fine too, sometimes near stations can be a bit sketchy but it felt totally safe, and lots of food and coffee places minutes away.

My room was a bit warm on the first night and the air con wasn't on(it will be in the next few weeks I believe). That's it and that's being picky.

It’s our second stay at Hound Hotel Busan, and we have been looking forward to coming back here. Everything is great. Staff is so wonderful, rooms are spacious, upscale and clean, beds are comfortable. The location is great next to the station and the port, with many restaurants nearby. We have been eating at the hotel restaurant a lot, which is open from early in the morning until very late, offering both Western and Korean cuisine. We also enjoyed using the pool. The water was warm in mid-April when we visited. We hope we’ll get a chance to return in the future.

The provision of the LG Clothes Stylers with other usual fridges is exceptionally good. At least, hotel stayers get to dry and reflesh certain essential clothes. The buffet breakfast varieties are great and definitely good enough for hotel stayers, especially it is already included in Hotel rates. Our stay at this hotel is a bit short, would like to try the hot water pool and outdoor sky glazing the next time round. Will definitely recommend to otherS for its convenience to Busan Station, great design, breakfast and cleaned room.

More varieties of bread at breakfast buffet. Bathroom shower point may want to have a curtain so that wash basin area could be kept dry as possible. May want to consider to include subtitle for the TV program, as most channels are in Korean, most TV LLMs now is able to do such features.

We stayed at the Hound Hotel Busan Station location for a few nights in October. Beds were very comfortable, two pillows on each bed. Room was spacious, modern and very clean. Sound isolating windows worked well - when shut and closed no train noises could be heard in the room. The rooftop pool is a lounging pool, not a swimming pool so keep that in mind. It was a very comfortable temperature, with great views of the city lights at night and the tracks from the main Busan station (KTX) below. We didn't eat there as there as so many great places to find food around the station, but the menu looked well priced, and the hotel offered room service, as well as a dining area on floor 12. Staff were super helpful and friendly, daily towels and fresh water bottles left in a basket outside your room if you switch on the "do not disturb" light. Lift access to all floors, staircase, toilets and luggage storage also available in the lobby. I would not hesitate to stay in this location or another Hound Hotel in the future. 😊

What a great place! The rooftop pool and bar area is awesome and the staff there were great. We had a couple of really nice meals there and the staff were great with our 1-year old daughter. The whole laid-back atmosphere allowed us parents to really switch off and enjoy some time together. The room was great, really clean with a great view of the train station, something our daughter loved!

We were originally meant to be arriving by ferry but this got cancelled so we had to get here from the airport. That was a bit of a trek, especially with a grumpy toddler. Not the hotel's fault obviously and everything in Busan seems to be difficult to get to. The lifts were a little annoying only having 2 for so many floors - meant you could wait quite a while for one if you were unlucky!

The hotel is located in the center of Busan. It's easy to travel to other places because it's next to KTX Busan, only a 3-minute walk. The rooms are very large. Can unfold two large suitcases. I like the bathroom The bathroom is very big. There is also a bathtub. But my favorite is the LG clothes cleaner. I use it every night. It works very well. keep clothes clean It is a hotel that cares about its guests. It gives us clothes that smell good every day. Overall impressed And if you go back to Busan I will stay at this hotel again.

I would like to have an English manual for the electrical appliances in the room. Some are in Korean make it difficult to understand And the swimming pool is very small. It shouldn't be called a swimming pool. Even though the view is very beautiful.

Very clean, close to the station and bus stops. The staff were nice and the room was decently spacious.

Signs said pool closed at 11pm on Friday and Saturday and when we went up at 10pm on Friday night they said it was closed. The bathroom also had a weird step at the door that we kept tripping on and the shower head was really low and there wasnt a big enough shower screen so the water went everywhere. The view was also overlooking the train tracks but there’s not much you can do about that.

This time, I’m staying on the tenth floor, and the view from the window is quite beautiful. The bed is very comfortable. The electronic wardrobe is very convenient and I really like it. The only small concern I have is the position of the shower curtain, as it doesn’t seem to prevent water from splashing out of the bathtub during a shower. Other than that, everything is perfect.
