The location was opposite the morning market and surrounded by local restaurants and cafes and convenience stores. I was 500 metres from the KTX Train station and buses ran outside in the street everywhere. The owner Mr Muen had basic English and was very helpful and friendly.

Everything was good but it is kind of Art Decoish and not modern which I really liked but may not suit others. But big rooms and everything worked.

It's nice because it's close to Busan Station. The location of the hotel is good as there is a market around the hotel. There are many good restaurants around the hotel. The hotel staff were so friendly that I had a pleasant stay. The room I stayed in had retro facilities, but It was well cleaned, and the night view outside was really nice. I will be visiting again and recommend this hotel.

It surprised me,,, the old hotel had very reasonable prices when I arrived, I thought this would not be any good, It was clean, staff nice, dressing gowns , nice big bath tub , hot water,,a kettle ,cans of tea in the fridge. Check out at 12.00 p.m.very good in most places in Korea at 10.00 a.m. Across the road are many small Korean eateries. Highly recommended

The room was exactly as described - simple yet clean and well-equipped with all the essentials. It offered excellent value for money. The front desk staff was welcoming and addressed all of my questions promptly.

Great location within walk distance to Busan Station and a great price. The room was big and had everything we needed. I think this is a love hotel which we were not aware of, but we had a great stay.

Could do with a deep clean, especially the bathroom.

Excellent location! Short walk from the main Busan station. Also the place where you can join the hop on/hop off city tour bus which is good to do if you have short time here.

It’s actually a bit of a love hotel but that didn’t bother us. The bed is super hard though, like sleeping on a plank of wood!

Very good value for the location (across the road is the central railway station). The hallway and the elevator look top notch, very modern(in contrast with the rooms). Bathrobe, slippers, toothpaste, kettle and tea/coffee included. There's also TV and fridge.

The entrance is awkward through a dark parking lot(the ground floor is actually a parking). The rooms are kinda outdated/ old (furniture, bathroom)

Loved this place, huge room, nice big bed and sofa, lots of amenities, very comfortable, right next to Busan station, such good value for money.

Bathroom was a bit tired as other people have mentioned, but not unclean.

This hotel is located in close proximity to the Busan main station , local market , there's lots of coffee shops, launderette within 5min walk and all sorts of restaurants. Owner did us check in into the room much earlier , Definitely recommend it !

The hotel is clean, the bathroom is clean, the owner is nice and very helpful. It is close to a market and decently close to the fashion street where the cinema and some restaurants are. From there you can easily get to the mounds.

It is a bit walking to the main places but that is ok, The room feels a bit cramped because it has 2 beds inside, There is a big TV in the room but it doesn't look like I can connect my computer.
