Le Collective Busan Station is a chic, modern stay right by Busan Station, offering convenience and comfort for travelers. The rooms are stylishly designed with practical amenities, perfect for a short or extended stay. Views are not very nice, building is brand new and well-maintained. Nearby dining options and easy access to major attractions 1 a fantastic base for exploring Busan. Great for those seeking both style and location.

Being so near the station and major traffic artery/road has its advantages but it can be particularly loud if you open a window. Upon arrival we had some frustrations with the staff as well - barely understanding English. We arrived early, had pre-aligned with them to leave our luggage onsite. One needs 100 codes in this building which the staff did not provide on time based on the pre-agreement. We reached out via the Booking app and surprisingly they requested a fee for an early check-in. By the time they understood what we were exactly asking about, another maintenance person opened the door for us, so we ultimately left the suitcases. The building has a problem with some wastewater odor coming in every now and then.

Fully equipped-smart amenities in apartment, esp love the Washer/Dryer, the LG styler for Clothes, the huge fridge.. I could go on and on. Altho there was no physical manning (no counter staff), quick in responding to queries and msgs sent via the booking page, right up to last day of our stay. Thanks

Not so easy to find the hotel from Busan Station, although it is within walking distance. Luckily, we arrived during the day and the Tourist Info Center was able to point out the correct Exit from the Station (to go onto the long bridge Walkway) and where we could see the big modern skyscraper where the hotel was located. Those arriving after 6pm/when it's dark, may have more difficulty finding the place - best enquire first at Tourist Info Center at Busan Stn before you leave the Stn.

The space was large, the view is nice. Beds are comfortable. Facilities were good, the location was okay and it was safe. Even if it rained it was good to walk to and from the property without being rained on much.

First time going there is a maze like everyone mentioned, can be difficult to be located despite how to check in. Few things were missing like iron and ironing board, clothing racks to dry clothes. The towels were not changed but maybe this was upon request and same goes for cleaning which I believe it was an extra cost. It was clean however there was some dusts in area like under the bed, hair was in the wardrobe. Tv is very big but quality isn’t that great (minor problem but bigger if you’re there for a long time). Communication is via email or this “chat” upon request. Things were done faster in my experience via email than chat, like requesting more toilet paper.

The apartment was huge and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. It was great to have a full sized washer and dryer in the apartment. Lot of food options nearby.

Building A was a bit tricky to get into. No ice maker.

The property was near Busan station and had a lovely outlook over the cruise terminal port…we watched a cruise boat leave… and the buildings on the other side of the water looked lovely lit up in the evening through the floor to ceiling windows. The apartment was very quiet ( the only noise was the air conditioners), and had good blackout curtains. There was enough crockery and cooking pans. It had a washer/dryer and a steaming cupboard for your clothes.

The air conditions were a bit noisey. Also there were only 2 coffee pods provided and even though we looked around as we shopped we could not find where to buy more. Maybe give directions on where to buy more pods because after the first morning the pod machine was a useless addition. The shower grout needed some deep cleaning. I had bought a cheap toothbrush/toothpaste to clean the grout in the previous accommodation, so I just gave it a bit of a freshen up but the silicone guard on the bottom of the shower door needs to be removed, cleaned and put back on.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and cozy. It is well furnished, with a walk-in wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen, and a generous lounge area with a large TV of at least 60 inches. The beds are comfortable. Both the rooms and lounge provide sweeping views of Busan city and Busan port. It is conveniently located just a short walk from Busan’s metro lines and KTX station, the apartment provides easy access to local attractions. We have enjoyed our stay in the apartment.

For first-time visitors, the main entrance can be a bit tricky to find. Although the apartment is actually just a five-minute walk from Busan KTX, it took us 15 minutes to navigate our way, circling around the building before finally arriving at the ground-floor lobby.

It was the best location we had on our trip to Korea, right in front of the train station, spectacular view 50 floor! Clean double apartment, with just a small hallway separating them, 2 kitchens, 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms. Finding it, it took us some 15-20 minutes...😅. You come from the train station over the bridge, get inside the building, take the elevator down, get out of the building, enter again from another side, and there he is. Loved some small details, like the washing machine had detergent ( the only location that had this from the other 4 we had), and in the bathroom, you also had a face cleaning product. We didn't even visit the tour in Busan because we really believed that our view was better 😄👍

A nice apartment for family. Seaview not as expected in photo (our room is facing a big construction site, only little sea view if peak left really hard). Traffic Could get quite loud facing a super busy road+construction. Trash can is too small for five night stay. Garbage disposal in B1 is a little hard to find. Most equipment instruction is in Korean only (aircon, lights, toilet, tv, washing machine). Otherwise splendid place. Spacious, equipment modern and new. Not to far from the train station but a 10-15 walk from the metro station.

The cleanliness was exceptional. Kitchen was well fitted. Bed was comfortable to sleep in and the pillows were firm. Very spacious for the price we paid (we stayed from November into early December). TV worked well other than having to reset the TV box from time to time.

They could have provided more washing liquid, laundry detergent and hand soap for a 19-day stay. I can understand now why the rice cooker smelt like laundry detergent because that was all the previous user had to wash it with. Would have been nice if they provided more toilet rolls and mid-sized garbage bags too, again for the fact that we stayed 19 days.

Super nice apartment. Great interior, fantastic view over the harbour. Travelling around, we could profit from the laundry machine. Close to the Busan main station, metro nearby.

Heating/ cooling system was challenging for non-Korean speakers. Would have been a nice extra if there was also laundry detergent for the washing machine. The topper on the bed had a plastic layer.
