The accommodation was commodious with lots of features like fridge, washing machine, dryer and kitchen appliances. The rooms are big with cabinets and hangers inside to store your clothes. Best of all is located stones throw away from Busan Station and you can see a nice view of Busan land and sea. Definitely will book this accommodation again when visiting Busan

The location has a connecting sky bridge to Busan Station! Hub for KTX, Metro and buses! The rooms are huge and cosy. Very nice view from 47th floor. In room facilities so modern, new and complete. CU mart conveniently located at lobby floor, also a cafe near the skybridge. Cleaning only from 3 days onwards, was ok for us since they provided plenty of towels and bin was quite big.

Nothing. Note: The check-in is not done at the lobby but there is a small office in between the 2 blocks (beside CU). It's quite new so it doesn't appear in Kakao app, or taxi might not know the place. Can use pin or locate at Marina G7

Clean and spacious apartment . Even provided some drinking water.

Should give more direction where to check in. From the Busan Station, go to exit 10, and follow the walk way across to Marina G7, Tower A, then take the lift to level 1. The Booking Bay check in reception is behind the CU convenient store.

The apartment in the Marina G7 building, which is located directly at Busan harbor, was large, very modern and spacious. The kitchen had everything you needed to stay there for a good 2 weeks. The "simple" cleaning consisted of emptying the garbage, fresh towels and small bottles of water. It's a bit misleading as you expect "more" but that's what the "deep cleaning" is for, which you have to book in advance. I felt safe as security was always present and always friendly. The distance to Busan Station was a stone's throw away thanks to the skywalk. The two CU's (mini markets 24/7) and the proximity to the train station offers a lot of flexibility.

The beds could have been a bit more comfortable, every movement moved the bed and it squeaked. The announcements in the apartment (which are normal for all residents) could have been made in English again. You don't need new towels every day, it's enough if they are changed every two days. Instead, you could do a quick vacuum every two days or even better - a small hand vacuum cleaner to do it yourself would have sufficed. It was very dusty, even though, we asked for a deep cleaning.

A short walk away from Busan Station and connected via a skywalk. Clean, comfortable and provides all amenities. Has aircon in every room, so apartment/rooms would not be stuffy for those who are used to sleeping with aircon on.

A minor improvement would be to be clearer on location of Tower B and collection of room key from security if past usual check-in hours, as we were exhausted after both a long flight and KTX train ride and spent some time figuring out where things were. Other than that, everything else exceeded expectations :)

The apartment was spacious and extremely well set up. The beds were super comfy. Views from the rooms were fantastic as we were on the 15th floor. House keeping were wonderful. Great laundry facilities within the apartment. Location is fantastic as easy walking distance to Busan Station for trains & taxis. The tourist attractions are widely spread around Busan so access to the trains and taxis was key. Also easy walking to a variety of eateries nside Busan Station but also on the roadsoppositethe station. We like walking and enjoyed strolling along the waterfront from the huge Lotte store back to our accomodation.

Had some trouble working out the air conditioning and underfloor heating really warmed the apartment. As we were visiting in June it was pretty warm. But we worked it out in the end. Papago (language ap) was well used 😄

Spacious room with 3 bedrooms and 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. Stunning sea view and big living room and it is a good place for family and friends gathering.

If you go via busan BTX u will reach the 3rf floor and you need to go down ground floor to check in and the location for the check in sign is not enough. We have a couple with us and their room is in tower B and it is not convenient to meet and need to go down to 4th floor where tower A and B meet. They said large rooms are all in Tower A and no way to switch to same building.

Stylish Apartment with a Stunning View and Great Location We had a wonderful stay at this very modern and beautifully designed apartment. The space felt fresh, bright, and comfortable, with a fantastic view that we enjoyed every morning and evening. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day out. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around incredibly easy. Whether we were exploring the city or taking day trips, the convenience of the location really added to our experience. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, but the only minor downside was the lack of basic cleaning products like dishwasher tablets or kitchen towels. It would’ve been great to have a few of those provided, especially for a longer stay. That said, it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed the place. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, well-located base with a view of Busan.

Love love love the location. Right behind the Busan Ktx station, exit 10, has a covered up walkway/sky walk to the G7 building that takes you down to level 1 and find your way to the reception which is right next to a CU convenient store. The facility is top notch, love the washing machine and dryer function; also love the free nespresso coffee available!!! And it’s so clean and nice to stay! Super convenient! Also located near to all sorts of public transportation! Metro, bus, city tour bus or KTX!

The check in time is 4pm, a bit difficult to have early check in as it is a hotel apartment style booking.

To be honest the apartment had it all, a separate bedroom, a nice bathroom, washing machine, smart tv, even the ironing wardrobe (which was not working or we didn’t know how to use it). For Teo preppie it was more than enough

Just in front of the entrance to the apartment there was a place where everybody threw the rubbish which resulted in unpleasant and quite intense odour. I complained about it to the staff just after arrival and she told be nothing can be done because i booked a “cheap room”. Honestly there was no information and certainly if i knew it ahead i would pay this small difference in price to avoid it. Also, during out short stay there was supposed to be no room cleaning but once we noted that somebody was there for sure, they made the bed etc. I mean this is really nice, but if would also be nice to know that somebody’s coming. To sum up, the place is great, if you do mind the smell maybe the other rooms are a better choice (hard for me to tell).
