We loved it all. We arrived too earlier for check in but they allowed us to leave our bags for check in later. The front desk associates were awesome throughout our stay. The room was clean and the bathroom was fantastic. The cleaning staff were so nice and made sure we had clean towels all of the time. We wish we could have stayed longer. We got a lot of needed work done because of the in room desk!

Good location just a station away from Busan Station. Subway is just few mins walk. bus stop to Haeundae beach right infront of the hotel. Quite many programs on Tv include Netflix very advance toilet system

level 4 and below was just few centimeters away from the next building, no privacy if open curtain. no connecting room room door opens outward… so odd

This location is very convenient to travel around the Busan scene spots by subway, buses & taxi. The taxi fares are reasonably afforable. The best of all is the bus number 1001 which is less than 25 metres from he hotel which took us all the way to the Lotte Premium Outlet Dong Busan & the Lotte World Adventure Busan. The front office staffs are friendly & helpful. We hv bn seeking their advises on travelling tips & getting around the town. The room is clean & comfortable with modern facilities. You will be alarmed how big the toilet is? It is as big as the bedroom with a huge bath tug. What more can you ask for in the cold winter when the toilet seat is always warm to sit on. Shower pressure is supered! We hv bn using the air-conditioning instead of the heated warm air. That is always the 1st thing we will look for prior to our booking. Besides, the hotel is so close to the Busan Train Station. It cost only Won 4800 by taxi to catch yr KTX Express Train to Seoul & other city's. We are looking forward to our future stay again & will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends too!

I regret that we only stay 4 days 3 nights, Should hv arranged for at least a week or longer to take our own sweet times to explore this beautiful city.

It's my 2nd time staying here during my trip to Busan and I still think it's a perfect option in terms of comfort and price. The room I booked was really large and cozy. The hotel serves american and kind of korean style breakfast (you can choose anything you prefer more) every day. The hotel is located very close to the metro station and Busan railway station. There are some cafes and restaurants around in this area.

The hotel was very well located to Busan Station, about a 300 metre walk which is not as far as it sounds. We did the walk a few times with 3 kids and luggage and it was very manageable. The hotel is very clean and decor is modern and new.

The staff hardly spoke English which made communication difficult. There was no laundry or money exchange machine in the hotel, which was inconvenient.

Location was fine, near the train station. We've read a lot about possible issues with breakfast but in general it was ok even for Westerners. Worth it's price in general

Coffee on breakfast was terrible. Shower is not organized conveniently, there is 99% change water would go outside if you use rain. Some blankets/towels had small holes in them

Hotel was nice and close to subway station. Room was clean and front reception staff were friendly. Aircon in the room was strong so it was nice to return to a cool room after being in the heat all day.

The bathroom was kinda weird to me. The shower actually doesn’t have a door to close to keep water in so you’ll risk getting the rest of the bathroom wet. And the bathroom is actually glass (not a solid wall) separating from the room. So who ever is in the bathroom, although you can’t make out features of the person u can make out silhouette and colour of person (if that makes sense) so not much privacy.

Big hotel room with proper table and two seats where you can really sit on to either eat or work. The hot water comes out of the shower in a heart beat and I want to give credit to that bathtub also! Location wise there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, if you enjoy traveling with the bus like we do, I bet you will love this, just be mindful of the direction! If you like fry chicken, there’s a shop close by, we took out from there two nights in a row.

The laundry service is down. But doesn’t really matter. There’s one 24/7 self service laundry place in walking distance.

The hotel was modern and clean. It is well located in terms of transit. The street it is on is a main thoroughfare in Busan, so it seems that all the buses stop right in front. The buses took us all over the city and we didn't have to switch.

The immediate area around the hotel doesn't seem to have many restaurants that are open. There are restaurants, but we seemingly couldn't figure out the hours because they were always closed. Many nice coffeeshops. We had to walk about 10 minutes to get food (KBBQ, Japanese food, etc.).

The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Exit 12 of Choryang Station. (For those carrying large suitcases, an elevator is available at Exit 8. Breakfast is simple but nice.

The soundproofing could be better, as noise from chatting and laughter outside can be a bit disruptive.
