Let me tell you that this hotel is just AMAZING! It's just a 3 min (max) walk from the station, the street is really quiet as well. Everything was just so clean, and also the cleaning lady came by every single day, leaving fresh towels and brand new cotton pads etc. The size of the room surprised me, it's super comfortable for 2 people. The bathroom was perfect, having a full-on shower, which is kinda rare in South Korean stays(it's not my first time here so trust me). The staff was super kind and helpful, they even helped us getting to the Busan Station in our way to Seoul, since we were carrying so much luggage and called a taxi for us! You've got a GS25 just beside the hotel! Also, there's a restaurant in the building if you're feeling lazy and don't wanna leave the building for dinner. Totally recommend it.

The place was in an excellent location. Close to public transit, many coffee shops, restaurants, and near a really great pastry shop. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The bed was quite comfortable. I must say, I am used to a low bed as that is something I have at home, so it felt very familiar to me but be aware if you have mobility issues it may be difficult to get in and out of it.

The elevator was soooooo slow. The hallways are little dated, and a fresh coat of paint would go a long way (it wasn't dirty, just old looking). Whatever they use to clean is quite strong, I have a sensitive sense of smell and the 1st hour in the room burned my nose and if the window wasn't open it would have been quite difficult for me to be in the room. The staff was very kind and friendly, but struggled with English. I understand I was in Busan and that not many people speak fluent English. It is not an issue but something to be aware of if you stay there... It would have been great to be able to ask the staff what cleaning product they used in case I had an allergic reaction to it, but even with Google translate I could not communicate that to them due to the language barrier.

Location was a winner. Being located by Busan station and extremely close to Choryang station is a huge advantage because you're in the middle of everything. Jagalchi and Nampo on one end and Haeundae on the opposite end. The facilities were absolutely fantastic and insanely good! The Asian style bath tub did it for me. After exploring, I would soak and relax to a nice hot tub bath which was super nice 😊 Staff was good as well. My hats off to the housekeeping team who made my bed and washroom each day and made it very clean. I cannot think of a single complaint about this place and if I could I would give it an 11/10.

Suite room was very clean, spacious and felt homely for a family of four. Easy to get taxi (via Kakao Taxi) around the area. Can't comment about public transportation as we didn't use their subways. Walkable to Busan station and not too far from Gimhae Airport via car. A huge shout-out to their Assistant Manager for sheltering us with umbrella on a rainy day automatically and helped us translate when we struggled to communicate with a taxi driver outside the hotel.

Breakfast option was very limited and the same every day served by their Vietnamese restaurant (pho and fried rice). No self-service laundry. A little bit of sewer smell in the toilet cubicle and shower. Should provide the complimentary bottled water and trash bags daily without asking as we did not request for room make-up daily. They would provide when requested, but should be automatic since it's part of the perks.

The bathroom was clean, the separate bath and shower were great. The room was spatious and clean as well. Staff was also very helpful by ordering us a taxi and helping us find a laundromat.

We couldn't control the heater in our room, so it was always a little too warm. The hotel didn't have a laundromat, but there was one 10 minutes away (by walking).

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise and a great bonus. The shower was luxurious and very relaxing. we also loved the bidet.

The beds were uncomfortable and felt like an Aerobed. The window in the room faced another building with very little natural light coming in to the room. It felt like we were in a basement bedroom.

Room was super comfy, Short walk away from the bus stop to all major destinations, staff were excellent and let us store luggage before check in. Highly recommend checking the sights out at night!

Not a fault with the Hotel but we could not catch the bus with our luggage due to Busans new rules about no large bags or suitcases on public buses.

EVERYTHING, the staff were exceptional, caring, pleasant, professional, and most importantly, FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. I started my trip in Seoul and was bitterly disappointed, so for anyone wanting to be respected with dedication, stay here first. And not to forget the housekeeping and restaurant staff are also beautiful people, I particularly lived off the prawn cakes. I hope all staff get to enjoy the biscuits I left. That I start my holiday here, and I couldn't stay longer.

During our 2-day stay in Busan the hotel met all our expectations. The reception was very professional and we were not only simply given the room card but also asked again after we had arrived in the room whether everything was clear or if anything else was needed. The room was very clean, quiet and had a wonderful wooden spa bath. After our stay we were super relaxed and were able to continue exploring Busan. We were even so relaxed that we forgot our tablets in the safe after checkout. But that was no problem at all. A phone call or short message was enough to inform the hotel and have the tablets deposited at reception. We were then able to pick them up after the day trip before taking the train back to Seoul. A really good service.

I was able to check-in earlier which was great because it was raining like hell at my arrival. The room was very spacious and I liked it that there was a shower and a bath tub. The toilet was in a separated room which was cool too. It was clean and the bed was huge and comfortable. I had a fridge, huge TV and enough space for my luggage. If I come back to Busan I'd like to book this hotel again. Maybe not at the second floor and with a better view would be nice. It was also very close to the main station of Busan. Very convenient. The subway station is right around the corner.

Unfortunately the room wasn't that sound proof like I hoped. I could hear the subway, trains and traffic outside although the window was closed and when my neighbors took a bath it felt like I was having one with them because of the splashing noise. The air conditioner description was unfortunately only in Korean. In the middle of the first night it turned on automatically, which was loud, and I was woken up by it. I had some difficulties to turn off the auto mode due to the language barrier.
