I had a very pleasant experience checking in with Sebastian Kim. I had a little room situation where i ordered a King bed instead of a Twin bed room. When I approached the front desk for help, the first person that attended to me was not helpful. He just told me not available and left it as that even though I asked for options. Sebastian took over and provided me explanation and provided me option to add a bed to the room. Hope Westin will continue to improve their front desk service to a good service standard represented by Sebastian Kim. Location was a long walk from the nearest subway station, but right next to the beach. There are more central hotels but Westin was in a good quiet corner. Room size was good and even adding the extra bed in a King room, there was still much room to move around.

Toilet was a tad too small and the bathtub and shower curtains solution seem a bit dated and inconvenient.

Very nice hotel, highly recommended to stay! Marvelous location: on the Haeundae beach and near Camelia Park. You can see sunrise during breakfast - breakfast is also very well. Personnel is always at service and ready to help - special thanks to Sebastian. Room is well equipped and clean. There are pool and sauna. When the weather is sunny you can enjoy it even if the temperature doesn't allow to swim in the sea - there are deckchairs in the pool and walls are tranparent (glass). There are 2 subway stations not far from the hotel (10 and 15 minutes on foot) and many buses stations. About 30-40 minutes by taxi from Busan Station.

Just one thing to improve - there is few space for clothes like pullover or T-shirt. Only one shelf in the room is insufficient - please think about it. For example, there is enough space to hang coats or suits - let's do the same for pullovers/T-shirts.

The Westin Josun Busan is a fantastic hotel. My wife and I stayed here during our visit to South Korea for 3 nights in a Junior Suite on the 9th floor overlooking beach with club lounge facilities and couldn't be happier. The room was large, spotlessly clean and had magical views of Haeundae Beach and Sea of Japan. It's location is away from the hustle and bustle of busy but beautiful Busan. The club lounge facilities were great for breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour. Staff throughout hotel were very accommodating and all spoke good English. Highly recommended.

Its located at the end of Haeundae beach in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. It has direct access to the park and beach which is good for morning folks going for a walk or run

The rooms feel a little dated compare to how the lobby looks. And if you’re a light sleeper be prepared to get rude awaking by early morning folks slamming the door on the way out.

The location was fantastic next to the beach and wonderful views. Better than the description on the website. Also the club facilities were superb and great variety of food which we loved. The gym and spa area also exceptional

It was perfect. Disappointed that I could got get Marriott points which is an unfair rule.

The hotel’s location is excellent, overlooking the sea. To the right, there’s a long seaside promenade, and to the left, a small forest perfect for walking. However, there wasn’t much variety in the food — most of it consisted of seafood. For vegetarians, it’s difficult to find dishes that suit their taste in the lunch or dinner buffet.

Nice room on floor 5 so a good sea view. Bed was comfortable. Lonely Planet likens it to a hotel out of a James Bond movie and I get that. A unique place on the beach. Very good sauna / spa area too, enjoyed it more than Spa Land Busan.

The onsite restaurants looked to be very expensive so I didn't try them. Then again, the food may have been incredible..

Breakfast in the Club Room was great. It did get very busy at times. Unusual that on the weekends you only got one hour use of the Club Room. Location is excellent! Room View is amazing!!

The Club Room had accessible times on the weekends for evening canapes/drinks which was for one hour. Prices in the restaurant and Bar areas were much higher than other places.

It’s a high quality hotel and the only one on Haeundae beach that is actually on the beach & boulevard, and coastal park. Views are amazing. For members: the member floor we were on was freshly redecorated + there were ample happy hours & free member breakfast.

The weather 😂 SE Asia was having an unusual heavy July monsoon season. So actually happy we were in such a nice hotel 😉 and it had a covered pool with lounge beds with catering & views of the beach

love the service level of the staff. clean and easy to get in and out of.

probably the room was a little too new.. there's the newly renovated smell which I was allergic to. The location is a little distant from the nearest subway station.
