Full service hotel. Large, comfortable room. Quiet. Had great sleeps. Great Wi-Fi. Great shower water pressure/temperature. Automatic bidet toilet. Mini fridge and kettle in room. Room cleaned every day. Coffee, tea, bottled water replenished every day. Previous reviews mentioned problems with air conditioning—seems to be fixed because we had no issue.

Only reason I gave this place a 9 instead of 10 is the location. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby and on main bus route, but nothing a visitor wants to see is nearby. Dongmun Market is a 30 minute walk away.

Parking available with room booking - parking attendant was lovely and very cheerful on arrival. Included breakfast was easy to find on main floor and plenty of space to sit down. Easy access to the city centre with buses right outside. Good facilities in room including a vanity mirror.

Parking allocation in building was insufficient and we ended up having to park in overflow lot down the street most of the time. This was still provided by the hotel but the cold walk back had a bit of a sad vibe (instead of lift to your warm room from the parking in basement)

Its location at the city Centre and nearer the airport as we have an early morning flight to catch.

I was told there was no tooth brush & toothpaste provided and if I need, I have to pay for it. This is incredulous as all hotels even the 3 stars, provide toothbrush & toothpaste. The front desk staff checking me in has poor command of English and could not explain why I needed to call Front desk 20 mins before driving my car out. I drove my car in without problem, and I expected to drive it out without problem, why need to call to inform 20 mins before I drive my car out? I think there was a misunderstanding, but the staff just could not explain it to me due to his poor command of English.

The room was very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean as well. The location was great, right outside a bus stop and many restaurants in the city.

No toothbrush/toothpaste was provided.

As a solo foreign traveller, this hotel was excellent. I was greeted warmly upon arrival by staff, which was so welcomed after plane delays. The room was very comfortable and I enjoyed daily breakfast in their restaurant. It was excellent value. The hotel is in a great location. There is public transport directly out the front and food and entertainment district within walking distance. Above all, the hotel is very well priced and it all exceeded my expectations. I won’t hesitate to stay again or recommend to family and friends. Thank you.

Although a bit out of the happening area, there are enough shops & restaurants nearby. Also located near to bus stop so can easily catch a direct bus to the Dongmun Market/Black Pork Street area. Liked that it in a quieter area! The breakfast was very decent too. Buffet and hv korean & western choices! Parking was a breeze as they hv a valet service. Just drop the car at the basement and it will be parked for you.

The reception staff were rather cold. Did their job but was hoping for some smiles. Room size could be bigger.

Our first hotel during our trip. I love the spacious, comfy room, and the toilet has a bidet (necessary for Asian). There are lots of restaurants/shops near the hotel, which makes it easy to find food. There is also a restaurant in the lobby that sells chicken, but it is only open at 5 pm. There are 7-11 beside the hotel, which is convenient for us to have breakfast there. The hotel was on the side road as well, so easy to find taxis. There is no bellboy who can help you with your luggage, which I think is common across all hotels in Korea. They have coin laundry, which you can use it on your own.

There is no microwave that we can use from the hotel's restaurant or kitchen. The receptionist asked us to use the microwave from the 7-11 beside the hotel, which was so weird, but when we did that, the 7-11 guy didn't even say anything, so I guess it is common. But we found it inconvenient for guests, as in most of our hotels that we stay in Malaysia and Indonesia, we can just get it done via the bell boy pick up and send it back from/to our room.
