Great Location… & a Very Fulfilling Breakfast.!! Friend’y staff, Clean facilities & a Great rooftop Patio in the heart of Seoul 🇰🇷.!!

The tooms can get a but cramped depending on the configuration. My accommodation had the fridge right in front of my bad, taking over half of the area .. However it wasn’t much of an issue since my bed was by the window giving a lil more space. One thing shocking to discover was that the property has CCTV even in the rooms .!! 😲 Having CCTVV in Public spaces of the property (elevators, hallways, Lobby, Patios etc) is common practice .. however it was quite shicking to find CCTV inside the room/s I turned it away from the bed as soon as I discovered .!! But many guests (especially female guests) would find it uncomfortable havignCCTV inside the rooms .!! So do keep that in mind before booking .!!

The room was more spacious than expected. Filtered drinking water dispenser in the hallway - very practical and convenient. Nice common area with a kitchen, a microwave available 24/7. Small refrigerator in the room. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Mosquito nets in windows. Metro barely 5 min away.

Seems typical for Korea, but the entire bathroom is a wet room - there's no shower, just a showerhead attached to the sink. The drain clogged really easily so after just a few days the bathroom would turn into a small lake whenever you took even a short shower. The common room with a kettle, access to the roof terrace etc is only open when the reception is open (until ~22:00), which is inconvenient. Only one blanket for two people, I had to rent another one for an additional fee, which seems a bit silly. Bed mattress was very hard. The neighbourhood is fine, but quite dirty and run down.

We had an awesome stay here! Loved the hostel so much, from the free breakfast, to the staff and comfortable rooms, the roof terrace has a stunning view over Itaewon! The local cafe and restaurants are delicious and ideal for vegetarians like myself so I highly recommend it to vegan/vegetarian tourists. They have laundry facilities on the property which were quick and easy to use, cheap too! The rooms are comfortable and you can request housekeeping (they did such a great job and even tidied up all our stuff - made us feel very looked after!). We would return in a heartbeat!

The only thing I can think of is two really minor things, One is the plastic sheet under the fitted sheet on the bed is really uncomfortable, we took this off and were really comfortable. Understand it’s probs there for hygiene and things but it isn’t fun to sleep on crunchy hard plastic. The only other thing is the bathroom is a wet room which isn’t our preference and can be a bit annoying.

Such a great hostel! It is close to the metro station in Itaewon so easy to reach any location, the hostel street is quiet also at night. The staff is very kind and helpful, the common space is nice as well as the terrace. The 4 beds female dorm was very comfortable, near the bed there are plugs and a small pouch to put smaller items, below the bed there is a big compartment which has an electronic lock for the luggages. Overall great experience highly recommended especially for solo travelers!

There could be a bit more storage space in the room. Currently, there is a small hanger for each person and a desk shared by four people. Sharing the wet bathroom can be uncomfortable at times, but this is common in most places in South Korea. Tenants should make sure to switch the lever back to the sink after showering, as the shower and sink share the same control.

The hotel is located in a quiet and cool street with many vintage shops around, with many restaurants and bars close by! With the metro and bus right there, it was super easy to get to anywhere in Seoul I wanted. Otherwise the hotel itself was clean, had a nice ambiance, with a very kind staff and an amazing rooftop with a great view!

The walls of the room were very thin so there was a lot of noise pollution from neighbouring rooms. I wasn't as lucky with quiet neighbours so I'd be woken up multiple times a night - of course, the hotel can't control this. The breakfast is good but basic. If you got there a little late though, most of the options would be out (such as pastries). So I'd opt to eat out most mornings and get coffee somewhere else.

we did had a great stay, the location was good with many facilities, the subway was just some walks away, the antic street was amazing, we've got some amazing photos overall we did have a great time with the bonus of snowfall, easy access to airport by limousine bus no 6030. The staff was of great help especially Mrs Loren

There was not too many options for breakfast, at least they should provide fruits and varieties of options as we were there for 6 days and everyday we just eat eggs and also for vegetarian there was only butter and jam

The location is amazing, just 5 min walk from exit 4 of itaewon station which is well connected to most of the attractions in the city. There are tons of restaurants nearby and only 15 min walk to Namsan park! The facilities are really clean and the beds are really private and comfortable. The rooftop is huge with lots of seating and space. There is a fridge in each room which is nice to have. The breakfast was basic (bread, eggs, cereal, coffee) but good and convenient to have each morning. The staff are really kind and helpful!

The only thing I found slightly inconvenient is that they close the entire lounge area at 9:30 pm when the staff leave which was bothersome at times since the lounge was the only place to use the microwave or eat, so if you are out a bit later and want to eat when you come back it has to be before 9:30 pm.

It was very close to many amenities, convenience stores and Seoul underground. The area was full of life and there were many cultural things to do around. There’s a great shopping and coffee area very close called Hannam-dong where you can get all the trendiest and hottest brands in South Korea. In general the room was a great size and the bed was very very good! There’s little breakfast served on the 5th floor and there’s a nice coffee shop downstairs where you can get a discount for staying at the Hostel. I’ll be coming back here if the prices and quality stay the same way!

The bathroom/shower was a bit tiny but it wasn’t really much of a problem.

It’s only within minutes walk to the closest train and bus stations. There’s a cafe downstairs that offers really good coffee. The commons and lounge area on level 5 were very comfortable. The staff allowed me to stay there for a couple of hours after my check-out as my flight got pushed back to a late night departure. If you choose to wander around after check-out, you can also leave your luggage with them.

Sound proofing isn’t the best, however, at night, the streets of Itaewon are relatively quiet compared to other districts closer to CBD, so it’s not really a deal breaker.

Location is excellent close to the metro station and the main street of Itaewon. Lots of restaurants, showps, bars, and clubs are at a walking distance from the hostel, but the immediate environment of the hostel is not restless or noisy. Facilities and rooms were really clean, bed was comfortable, and I didn't have to queue to the shared bathrooms or toilets. Extra points for fluffy towels and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. Staff is super friendly and chill. Rooftop views are gorgeous. Itaewon district is very international, almost too much for me, as I prefer to eat local and not Turkish kebab when in Korea. But I would definitely stay in this hostel again.
