The location of the hotel is the best especially for halal food. As all the halal food restaurants a just a walk away from the hotel. The subway station is just in front of the hotel. If you want to go to Myeongdong or Namdaeumun you can easily take the bus number 421 and the bust stop is just in front of the hotel. The hotel room is clean and complete with all the amenities. As for the noise, it is standard since they have clubs all around Itaewon. The hotel even provide ear bud for those who cannot stand the noise. But for us it is not a bother at all. The front desk staff is accommodating, she help to call for a taxi for us. Even the check in is at 2pm, if you arrive early, you can leave your luggage there first.

This is not related to the hotel. Previously, like 4 years back, there is a airport bus limousine that you can directly take in front of the hotel. Unfortunately, during our trip this time, there is no airport bus to Itaewon. The nearest stop is at the Namsan Grand Hyat Hotel which is about 10-15 mins taxi ride to the hotel. A bit inconvenience on this especially if you have big luggage.

Location was great,close to halal eateries and also the station. Lots of shopping outlets all in walking distance.

The pool was drained and not available.

The location is perfect for enjoying Itaewon., where there is a vibrant nightlife. Some lovely restaurants (especially the Maple Tree,) and bars (especially the Itaewon pub). I enjoyed walking along seeing young people enjoying themselves. When I went to bed I closed the window and pulled the curtains and I had a great night's sleep. But the best thing is the wonderful staff. I stupidly checked out and left my passport behind in the room safe. With only 4 hours until my flight, the manager went above and beyond to reunite me with my passport. I was so relieved. I offered financial reward, which they refused. I asked what I could do to show my thanks, but they said it was part of their job. I am so grateful for their customer services.

The Hamilton hotel is located in the night life district of Seoul. By day it is relatively quiet but come the dusk everything comes to life. there are plenty of eateries of all kinds and clubs and bars are everywhere, The hotel is located beside the subway so it's a quick ride if you want to travel to Seoul central. The hotel has a pool but you are charged (discounted) to use it. There is also a spa and sauna in the basement (run privately) but guest are discounted if you wish to use the facilities.

The hotel is on the night district. Noise from the clubs does affect rooms on the lower level pending your room orientation. Rooms on the 9th floor aren't affected so ensure you pay for a bigger room to access this level.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were very good. Iron and ironing board is provided which is good as most hotels don't. The bars and pubs nearby played songs till the wee hours of the morning but its not very noticeable and hotel provided earplugs if you are sensitive to noises at night. Location is very good and plenty of restaurants in the area. Will come back to stay here.

Front desk staff are not very customer friendly although not rude.

The location was fabulous. Bank was next door for forex. Convenience stores, excellent options for restaurants, pubs and night life as the hotel is literally on Itaewon world food Street. The subway was less than 50m from the hotel too. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast timing till 11.30am was great too.

The NOISE. The hotel has not even the slightest sound proofing. We were on the 8th floor and we heard people partying till 6.30am on Friday and Saturday and till 4.30am the rest of the days! So we could only sleep properly after that time! The breakfast. We were there 7 nights and they had the same food all 7 days! Normally, 80% would remain the same and 20% would change daily by her it was the same everyday. I won't choose the breakfast package if I stayed here in the future.

The property is clean and spacious, the bathrooms are very good especially the toilet systems. Comfortable bed and air conditioning. The rooms are very noisy from close by pubs. If you are easily disturbed by the noise definitely this is not the place for you.

Very good location especially for party goers, and food lovers. You can get food around very late in the night. Rooms are very good.

Had a lot going on around the location, food, shopping, nightlife. Nice size room with comfortable beds etc

Slight miss communication on check out day - not informed about a fee for showers on the day we checked out (some hotels I have stayed at have allowed showers in the gym or fitness areas of the hotels for free) Lobby had no space where you could relax before heading to the airport, would be nice to have a few more seats or sofas for people waiting on transfers etc

The location is excellent in terms of access to train stations, bus stop, mall, food, ATms, restaurants etc literally right outside your door. The bathroom was the largest we had on our trip and our room was clean. The staff didn't speak much English but were very kind and helpful.

There was very loud music from the K-pop Karaoke bar I front of the hotel each night. We were on the 8th floor but could hear it even with the windows closed. Also the business center was just 2 computers in the foyer vs a closed space to work.

The location is great - close to public transport and lots of restaurants around. The rooms are very comfortable.

The hotel provides earplugs which I found unusual. Then at night I realised the earplugs are provided because the nearby bars and restaurants have very loud music we can hear from the rooms (up at level 8) until 5am or even 7am on Saturdays. It didnt bother our children who slept well but for a light sleeper, it can be annoying.
