How the heck does this place have such a low rating! This place should be a 9.5 at least, it felt like a hidden gem and I worried at first but as soon as I saw the place I immediately booked two more nights. Everything is so clean and modern, every day they clean all the common areas and rooms. They are a new hostel so I believe the bad reviews are simply when they were just getting started and figuring things out. The staff are so nice, there's a lovely Taiwanese and Chinese woman working there, and they have a huge TV and guitar. There is fresh from the bean coffee and a simple kitchen. The location is excellent. Also the value for money is amazing, this place could easily be 35-45k a night if they were more popular. Some reviews say the room is too small, but honestly it's fine, I had no problem and I was able to leave my things under the bed. The front door is locked at night, and you enter via a key code.

The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk. The hostel is amazing, they have lockers where I can store my important belongings. There’s a living room with a huge TV and Netflix, and they also offered me free coffee and tea. Every bathroom has everything I need (shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, and towel). They also have a rooftop for smoking, and the host replied to me in real time. I highly recommend this place and I’ll definitely be back.

Located in a vibrant part of Seoul. It's a comfy and cozy place. Self check in is possible. Staff can help you via WhatsApp.

No lockers for the luggage. The place was very clean in general, but they don't clean under beds. I placed my suitcase and backpack under the bed and when I pulled them out they were both very dusty and lots of dustballs came out.

Really good hostel really calm and safe for girls and good location in itaewon, everything is new, the private showers are incredible. And the staff is so nice.

Only thing that could be improved would be outlets near the beds to charge your phone with you. Other than that everything is amazing 👏

This hostel is highly social. There is a common area, so you can meet new people and make friends easily!

My room was on the basement floor, and it smelled pretty bad when we stepped in. The bad smell went away when we kept the windows open for some time.

This is a new hostel so they have still things to improve but we feel very good at hostel Fellaz. The bed and the sheets were great and the host are super kind. There are private showers which is super great.
