Location, quiet area, clean and fresh!

Noisy chinese tourist who have no respect for neighbors at late hours.

Hotel is newly renovated and very stylish and clean. Location is close to Itaewon Metro station which is easy to reach from Seoul Main station, which is where you probably are arriving from Incheon. They blew our expectations because we were able to get our room already at lunchtime. We landed early at the airport and were tired, so this was really appreciated. Accommodating custom arrival times without surcharge is something that not many hotels do, but they did and this is a 100% reason for me to return. No one wants to wander the city or sit in the lobby after a long trip. View from the room was great also, you can see Itaewon and also the Lotte tower.

There really isn't anything of substance we did not like. The height of the shower is a bit limiting for a 1.9m European like me but that's splitting hairs, it wasn't really a big deal.

Renovated nice rooms. Just like in the photos. Nice to have the coffee machine. Having read the bad reviews about noice coming from outside I was considering not to book. But I am so happy I booked it. The staff were friendly and rooms clean. There is a building under construction two building away, but I only heard hammering once from there and that was at 10AM. At that time you would probably anyway be out and about in the city. If you wanna stay in Itaewon then this is an excellent option. 300m from the party streets, so no noise from that at night. And a nice view even though the room was not high up.

Not really anything negative. Maybe that there is no ironing board in the room.

I had a great stay at the Imperial Palace Boutique Hotel in Itaewon. The hotel was really beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. A perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. The location is excellent too, with easy access to both the metro and bus stations, making it very convenient for getting around Seoul. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone visiting Itaewon, combining comfort, style, and convenience. Highly recommended!

We are so glad we stayed in the IP boutique hotel in Itaewon. It is the perfect location in Seoul, close to many bars and restaurants as well as the Leeum museum and the Blue Square. 2 subway stations are also nearby as well as many buses. We loved the designer decor and the staff was very helpful. We asked to change room when we arrived as while our initial room was large and freshly decorated, it did not get much daylight as it faced a wall. So we swapped it for a slightly smaller bedroom in need of repainting for a better view to the street and daylight. Our room was on the third floor, I would recommend asking for a higher floor room with view:) Overall we stayed seven nights and would return without hesitation. Comfy bed and pillows, very clean and inspiring decor!

Great location, close to everything - metro, shops, restaurants, nightlife! Just renovated, clean, and nice, with some artistic twists, we liked it a lot! Good food, very nice coffee and tea in your room and very friendly staff! 👍😊

Just so you know there is no shuttle bus from the hotel to and from incheon (there was one but they shut down the line) and we had to take the taxi which is more expensive. Not the hotel fault, but it would have been better to know beforehand and not when we were already there.

The location is perfect: close to cool cafes, amazing retail, bars - yet it is quiet and not an overly packed area. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, the service was like in a five star place. The room cozy with good amount of closet space, also the bathroom isn’t too small.

A little renovation wouldn’t hurt, like some paint and a fresh carpet - but it didn’t bother us and it still feels clean!

Clean and comfortable. The staff is great. Close (5 min) to Beit Chabad (Jewish community). 6 min from metro. Stayed there for 10 days and enjoyed very much.

All of the staff did an outstanding job. They were always there to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Would definitely recommend.
