Fantastic location and views.Hotel was clean and felt safe and secure. Included breakfast. Lockers downstairs to store luggage after check out. Ideal for seeing Myeongdong and excellent connection to airport via subway

Room was quite warm and air conditioning was not very effective. This was the only downside to an otherwise pleasant stay

first night the shower was clogged. At end of our stay we wanted a locker to keep our luggage as our flight was at 7 pm checkout was at 11 am but policy of hotel not allowed. But they allow us to leave luggage near lobby but open no room. I was required to pay the whole 5 days stay 5 days before arriving but when I arrived they insisted it’s not paid yet until I showed them confirmation from my bank that it has been paid .

Location was good, everything was working / functioning, room was made up each day, and the staff responded quickly when my son locked the safe with a random code. Breakfast was okay, but the curry and corn soup was delicious.

No drawer space for clothes and not enough electrical plugs for charging. Also, waiting for the elevator during peak times due to the elevator being full from the upper floors. Instead of passing our floor, the elevator should go to the floor that presses the button floor first so people staying in the middle floors can get a chance to use it.

We arrived early and the girl said to come back. We had to come back to ask about the locker and the guy was nice to say we could check in early. Two different staff and completely different outcome. Lucky we had to go back to ask about the lockers. Also, the lockers mention about these magnets to say used or available, had to go back to the front desk to ask for them. Some initiative would have been nice. If they knew we are going to the lockers, it would be nice to have been given the magnets. It's the little things that make the service.

Super location, nice rooms and clean

Couldn't have the room till 3pm :-( We.travelled all.night without sleep and were just exhausted when we arrived at the hotel at 10am...that was a looooong wait. Also, No breakfast available in hotel and no teabags in the bedrooms

Overall our stay is good. Hotel is in a convenient location for shopping and right next to the train station. The rooms are clean and comfortable although the rooms are small.

the aircon was centralized and set to very high temp. The weather was quite warm when we were there so we feel very hot in the room which makes it a bit uncomfortable. As the staff speaks limited english, we were not able to get much help from the hotel reception. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay with little service, then this hotel is ok.

I like that the subway train station was right next to the hotel, bus stop at front, Olive Young store on 1st floor, night market starts just around the corner. What else could you ask for? The view was excellent!!...waking-up at N Seoul Tower out the distance. Catholic cathedral is about 15 mins walk from hotel.

No bathroom ventilation (was not working), it was pretty warm in the room eventhough the AC was on (so we ended -up opening the window all night. Breakfast was decent...I just wished they had more fruit selection .

I love the fact that the situation is really in front of Myeondong street where it’s so lively yet arent disrupting the occupants, and with pretty view overlooking the namsan cable car & seoul tower. we can also find many halal restaurants near the area within 3-10 mins walking though it’s only open at 10.30 am onwards. service is quick when requested to borrow the iron. It’s really a pleasant suprise that we were able to utilize the lockers for luggages storage while still touring around city after we have checked out. Room’s condition is a bit outdated however my kid really enjoyed bathing in the bath tub. The staffs are really accommodating & quite fluent in english.

I like everything about Migliore Hotel at Myeongdong Station. Very good location, direct bus stop from and to airport bus 6015 and underground fun shopping for winter clothes. We booked Premier Delux room for 3pax. Comfortable hotel room with everyday cleaning, bathrobes and bathtub, nice view and nice Neatles coffee with sugar. When asked for repair and service, they came within 15minutes and get things done. Great stay for 8Days and 7nights!

Central control Aircond cannot adjust or turn off the aircond but they provided a separate heater for us. We survived with our self bring charged hotpad with winter negative 15 degree Celsius.
