The bed is very comfortable and I slept very well. The environment is very quiet。🥰

The stay experience was very good. The only drawback was that I didn't find out until the last day that there was a subway station very close to the apartment!😅😅

My friend and I were incredibly lucky to find this place available for the rest of our 12 day stay in Seoul as we had to leave our previous hotel due to poor conditions. The host is absolutely lovely! She greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the room. She was incredibly accommodating and assisted with anything that we needed. For instance, she even printed out a PDF for me that I needed for the airport :) the room itself was amazing! There was so much room for 2 people and we really enjoyed having a dining area. Like I mentioned, we stayed there for 12 days and each day my friend and I expressed how happy we were to be staying at the Residence Unicorn!

a family-run hotel with great service. Every request or concern I had was dealt with within shortest time possible. Ponny and her family made me feel welcome, comfortable and ensured that I had everything I needed and even more than I expected/or asked for. My room was clean and even the dust from the lamps on the ceiling was removed, since I am allergic to dust. As I stayed more than 5 days I got a WIFI router with internet connection for free. I was using it during my 15 day stay and it worked perfectly fine. I actually regret buying the SIM card in the airport, because i actually didn't really use it at all. The location is not filled with tourists, which i really liked. If I wanted to go see all there is to see in Seoul, there were Subway stations nearby and a bus stop which was about 2 minutes walk from the hotel. ATMs and a big Supermarket were within 2-3 minutes walk. Even a pharmacy was close by. If you want to experience Korean hospitality at its finest and especially if you are traveling solo, like me, I definitely recommend this hotel. I want to thank Ponny and Ponny's father for everything they did for me and made my first time stay in Seoul unforgettable.

I couldn't have stayed in any better place for my time in Seoul! The apartment is spacious, very clean and has everything you need if you wanted to cater for yourself (which you don't need because Seoul has amazing food options). Public transport is just around the corner or a short walk away and connects you to any point in Seoul in a reasonable time. As a woman who traveled by myself I also felt very safe in the area, even late at night. But what makes this place really outstanding is its host Pony - she's just the nicest, most helpful person. I had some issues getting to the airport on my departure day and she helped me and made sure I get to the airport despite the early hour. She also gave me the perfect instructions to get to and into the apartment. If I come back to Seoul, and I hope one day I will, I will definitely consider this place. Thanks for providing me with the perfect basis for my incredible time in Seoul, Pony!

Friendly host! Ponny is so approachable and always there for us when we have any queries or needed help. Cozy and clean rooms with all the facilities in place. (Washing machine, microwave, kettle, cooking utensils and etc). Really feel like home. The location is a quiet spot compared to those touristy areas. The nearest public transport is bus station, subway is about 10mins walk. The stay is near the Cheonggyecheon stream, you can go for a walk along the stream which you won’t regret! Eateries and supermarket just across the street.

The appartment is located near shops, cafes and restaurants, near bus and metro station and within walkable distance to centre. It was well equipped, and contact with Ponny (host) was perfect! We have received all needed instruction on time and also tips how to travel to and from the airport. It was possible to check in earlier which was very very appreciated after long flight. Very good place to stay in Seoul.

There were no shelves or cupboards, both in main room and bathroom to store cosmetics or other stuff. We needed to keep everything in luggages as there wasn't enough space to pack out. The appartment is quite dark.

The location is good. Emart is right next door and there are enough places to eat in the neighborhood. It’s in the middle of the city with a subway station and bus stops all within 15-20 minutes away via walking. The room was ideal for us because it came with 6 beds. And it’s very well-appointed with an artistic touch. Has a big fridge and being that it’s more airbnb-ish than a traditional hotel, I liked that we weren’t bothered by a maid each morning. Super fast wifi and an open shower alp make it feel like your own small studio in Seoul than a hotel. That was a plus for us.

The only thing that bothered me was the main entrance was out of order and remained open for most of our stay (a full week). Seoul is super safe but we would’ve felt safer leaving our valuables in the room if it had a safe. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay. You’re not in the middle of all the actions but you get a super cozy and well-appointed room with 6 beds. Can’t ask for more.

The place is very nice to live with your family. The place have very nice vibes. The apartment actually is close to a lot of places with a subway station nearby. The room is spacious, clean, with relaxing colors. The bed is so good and comfortable. The room have all the required items for cooking, cleaning, washing cloth. It was a very good experience living there.

Very good value for money, apartment had alot of beds, kitchen, laundry machine and smart tv. Hostess is super nice and will help you with everything and answers quickly on whatsapp. Offered us a ride to the subway when it was pouring down.

Could have been cleaned a bit more thorough like mirrors and dust but nothing outrageous at all. Nothing to do with the apartment or the hostess but the location is a bit far from centrum to give that 10/10.

The staff was super accommodating! Best service ever! It is also pretty close to things that we needed such as convenience store, bus stop, coffee, and food. It was cold when we went and the floor and beds are heated! The service was excellent, and the room was super cute as well. Also it has a washer in it which made out lives easy!

I think sometimes the keypad before the elevator would almost run out of battery, but we were able to get in although it gave us a warning. At first it was a little hard to find, but it is easy once you find it.
