Staff were really friendly and helpful especially when there was an issue with the bath plug it was seen to immediately, staff also very helpful with providing local information, also proximity to Alcorcon Central train station and Tres Aguas Shopping Mall are a great bonus

Pillows in beds are a little on the firm side and made getting off to sleep a little difficult, Aircon in room was not working properly and only blew out warm air, luckily as it was April we were able to leave our window open to stay cool

We stayed in the hotel for four days. it is easy to reach the hotel by taxi or bus from The Atocha train station or Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport. the hotel is near several bus lines, malls, restaurants, and clothes shops. the city is amazing we enjoyed walking under the rain and checking the stores around. the hotel staff are amiable and helpful. the rooms are clean and cozy. the beds were comfortable and neat. the breakfast was good with many options of pastries, milk and cheese ..etc. if you go to the city you must try Restaurante Fez it is extremely delicious and the owner is also friendly. if you need to buy some Moroccan products you can ask the workers in the restaurant for any help they wouldn't hesitate.

there is no internal smoking area, and every time you have to step out of the hotel to smoke. there is no activities to do in the lobby in case the weather was bad.

Exceeded expectations. Great breakfast, super helpful and attentive front desk (thank you Anna and Rachel), very very nice room. Great value at competitive price. Lots of luggage stowing space and desks and chairs in room.

Had to leave window open to cool room. Thermostat pre-set to 20 deg C - too warm for sleeping. And integrated top sheet and heavy comforter - need a single top sheet unless it's possible to cool the room down.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, clean and comfortable room. The location was perfect for us just off the A5 into Madrid and close to the junction for the M50 to continue our journey north. A 10 minute walk to the train/Metro station into Madrid.

The location is great. But for the light sleepers, i suggest you inform the hotel straight away since it was a bit noisy from the main road a few meters away. All the staff we met were so nice, friendly and helpful. Very cleaed too.

The small for 4 persons is very, very tight. I mean, for 3 nights, it's fine, but for a week, it was uncomfortable not much where to move around.

Fantastic location to explore Madrid. Bus stop very close, shopping centre with all you need including restaurants is just right the corner - this was an additional bonus and very handy. Beds very comfortable, breakfast with good selection of food.

Too little lighting in the room.

They advertise that they had air-conditioning. However, the air conditioning consisted of opening the window and the staff brought up a fan! That’s not my idea of air conditioning. They should comp the room because it was false advertising. Many people have mentioned this, but they have never done anything about it, the pillows are too hard!

The reception staff were very helpful, especially Daniel, who went out of his way to accommodate our requests. Our room and the public areas were very clean and comfortable and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The did I g room staff were exceptional. to be honest I don’t t know how they kept up with the demands placed on them. However we did see the manager helping out which is always a good sign!!

The pillows were either exceptionally hard or soft. somewhere in the middle would be perfect!!

The staff are all welcoming and accomodating, my compliments for the cleanliness, breakfast buffet was great

The place is a little bit far from Madrid city center but it was not a problem at all, guests have the choices to use the public transportation which you can access very easily,or by a taxi or uber
