Right in the middle of the charming medieval town of Arcos de la Frontera, this Hotel delivered what it promised 100%! An excellent example of how it's still possible to make the most of an old space by keeping it well-maintained, clean, and well-tidy. The space is very elegant, comfortable, and spacious, airy, and very comfortable to be in. The staff at the hotel are very spontaneous and truly friendly and well staffed. Regarding the included breakfast, it was perfect! High-quality food, prepared with a wide variety of choices (sandwiches, pastries, yogurts, and juices with more than one option, seasonal fruits, etc.—very rare in many hotels in the region for this price/quality). The room and bathroom were nicely cleaned and well equipped with a mini bar fridge and superb toilet amenities (we loved the free complete/diverse toilet combo packages bags). Resting in those rooms was easy since there was proper AC and noise isolation. This 3-star hotel doesn't have extras like a pool or spa service, but given the type of hotel and service, that wasn't expected, and it was just as well (it's better to deliver good service than to advertise everything and more just to sell something like some scam). Parking in this lovely city is a bigger challenge but the hotel offers a reasonable price rate for one night parking of about 11€ to have your car right in the middle of the city. We loved the tile motif throughout the hotel corridors, a nod to local and southern Spanish culture—very elegant

We could not have been happier with Hotel Los Olivos! We felt so welcome and at home. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and extremely well cared for, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was delicious and a lovely variety, parking was reasonable and very convenient. We were very kindly allowed to leave our car in the lot while we walked around town for a couple of hours. I wish we could have stayed longer, but if we return to Arcos we would absolutely stay at Los Olivos again.

I can not think of a single thing negative to say about it!

It is a charming traditional hotel in a great location with a lovely view. The rooms were small and simple but the shower was strong and hot and there was even a little fridge. It was clean and everything worked. We had a big balcony which got the afternoon sun. There's a pretty, tranquil courtyard for breakfast or a drink. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit and proper coffee. The hotel is in a good, quiet position, an easy walk (but hilly) from the centre, but far enough away from the hubbub of all the noisy bars and restaurants up the hill. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lovely woman who was usually on duty. She really made the hotel special. There is paid parking next door but we were lucky and got a free space just in front of the hotel, with no restrictions. Parking further up the hill would be a nightmare or impossible, a lot of visitors park way down the hill in a public lot, then walk, yikes, or take the tourist bus up to the centre. So the easy parking really made a difference here. We were very pleased that we chose this hotel.

Very friendly and welcoming hotel and staff especially as I was travelling alone. Lovely wide choice of breakfast and excellent strong coffee. Room had everything you needed included a selection of shampoo, soap, make up pads etc Comfy bed. I chose to have a room at the front with the view and road noise rather a quieter room at the back but I was offered the choice by the hotel and i still slept well. I would definitely stay again and recommend for any travelers to Arcos as its got charm character and lovely staff.

Very good breakfast included in the rate. The staff were great - very helpful. Thank you Jose Maria and Marta! Since we drove to Arcos, it was great that the hotel had their own secure parking, as street parking is very difficult. The location is perfect for walking in the old town.

Our very comfortable room was on a side street, and would have been nice to have had a courtyard-side room, away from the street noise at night.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the courtyard was superb. It is one of the cleanest and quietest places I have ever stayed in. Wifi was good quality.

The secure parking is a bit difficult to access as you have to park on the road then go in to the hotel for them to open the gates. Not really a problem but could be better if guests were issued with fobs to operate the secure gate.

Great location with a parking, very specious rooms with extra pillows and blankets, toiletries that include toothpaste and toothbrush, floss, comb, hair shower cap- all these things I haven’t seen in hotels for a long time. The breakfast is very good- fresh fruits, yogurt, omelet , cheese, ham, bakeries- every was very tasty and fresh. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Having breakfast in the courtyard was a good way to start the day. Our double room had a terrace overlooking the main entrance which made our room feel more spacious. We paid for parking (E11 per day) which meant we did not have to worry about leaving the car on the narrow street.

The air conditioning was noisy and did not cool the room sufficiently.

It was a great place. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The location is great. Easy walk to the old town and nearby restaurant. We had a very pleasant stay. I also had the best cake I have ever had in the old town. I wish I could find out the name of the store and the name of the cake... It was delicious and made by the lady who owns the store.

Excellent breakfast. I love this hotel and have stayed many times. Lovely interior courtyard and nice little lounge areas. The staff are so friendly and it is situated very central especially to the old part of Arcos with its interesting architecture.
