Comfortable room and bed, good bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast and very convenient location for us, right in the centre of Arrecife, yet very quiet. Staff all helpful and friendly

Not much! Would have preferred a walk in shower rather than over the bath but that's just personal preference. Only niggle was the lifts - one was out of action but the remaining 3 took ages to come and I don't think the hotel was anywhere near full. One staff member told us he had been in the lift for half an hour trying to get to the floor he wanted! Presumably he was allowing guests to get to their floor first.

The first thing getting in to the main lobby and not seen ordinary reception desk, but a receptionist behind the modern table offering us to have a seat into the armchairs and having coffee or glass of wine. Amazing welcome! Nice size room with the sea view. Comfortable and nicely equipped. Lovely buffet breakfast. Very relaxing and effective SPA. And the main thing is, they noticed that it was my birthday and congratulated me with a bottle of champagne and a cake left in the room. Such a thoughtful surprize. They made my day!

Small area to sunbathe only 20 sun beds for large hotel

The public areas were smart and modern. The pool area on the 2nd floor was visually stunning with plenty of seating/sunbathing areas.the food and restaurant on this floor were amazing. The cafe/restaurant in the 17th floor had amazing views and again the food was good.

Rooms were pretty basic - had a standard double - and tired looking. Some of the furniture was chipped and the bathroom ware had rust patches. The bath plug didn’t fit properly so it took ages for the bath to fill. Tv channels restricted to 2 in English. Tea/ coffee facilities were mean - 2 tea bags and 2 milks.

Breakfast and dinner were both excelent with lots of choices. Room 701, the veiws are out of this world!!!!

Breakfast is super nice, chef cooked omlette with your chosen ingredients and prosecco on the ready. And everything else you'd expect. Rooms are very well equipped, clean and well maintained, the bed was comfy. Pool area is super fun to hang out in, though there should be more loungers. Spa was amazing, tried the spa and the massage.

The location is a bit quieter than other cities and not many things to do there. It's very close to the airport though which is a plus. Overall, no complaints at all, would stay again.

Check-in procedure needs streamlining. We were asked during online check-in what time we would be arriving we stated 11am and hoped to check in around that tome. Documentation states 2pm but staff quote 3pm. Promised to telephone us when our room was ready, but they failed to do so. Would have expected our bags to have been in our room already for us and not having to ask and wait for them.

Lovely hotel good location overlooking the beach. Liked the layout of the bedroom firstly a hall with wardrobe, safe & tea and coffee making facilities. The bedroom itself was a great size which included a sitting area with sofa and large tv. A good bathroom with 2 sink units and a shower over the bath. The breakfast offered a good selection of food and had a lovely view out over the sea. We used the pool area on the second floor with outside sun loungers. The bar here served excellent food during the day.

The mattresses on the sun loungers would need to be renewed they were very thin and well worn.

The suite was superb with an extraordinary view. Everything was comfortable and worked well.

We only had one bad experience in our week, which was eating at the Alazar restaurant in the hotel. When things weren't correct with the meal we found the female serving staff very arrogant, once actually rolled their eyes and walked away while I was speaking. Shame really as the food was good.
