Comfortable room and bed, good bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast and very convenient location for us, right in the centre of Arrecife, yet very quiet. Staff all helpful and friendly

Not much! Would have preferred a walk in shower rather than over the bath but that's just personal preference. Only niggle was the lifts - one was out of action but the remaining 3 took ages to come and I don't think the hotel was anywhere near full. One staff member told us he had been in the lift for half an hour trying to get to the floor he wanted! Presumably he was allowing guests to get to their floor first.

It is the biggest hotel in Arrecife just 10 minutes distance from the airport and in the nearby from Castillo San Gabriel. We lived on the 14th floor, city view, and enjoyed quite a stunning view of Arrecife. The facilities were up to date and the stuff very welcoming and friendly. On our arrival, even we surpassed dinner they arranged some tasty snacks to be delivered to our room, all without extra price. We had even a nice surprise awaiting in the room on my birthday with champagne, a little cake and birthday card, which was very pleasant. The food in the restaurant was quite diverse and everyone could find something for his/her taste.

Staff were exceptional. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options. Suite was spacious and clean. I also had spa access and it was lovely - would recommend it as an add-on. Also, I have tried all onsite bars and restaurants and they were all very good, especially the rooftop restaurant. Location was very central and at the beachfront.

Lifts were very unsynchronized and took forever to arrive, which sounds like a minor thing, but was an inconvenience. Also, I reported that TV in my suite was not working (although it was not an issue for me, since I was not spending a lot of time in my suite and was not intending on watching a lot of TV) and when I called the reception, they advised me that maintenance would come right away. I waited an hour, to no avail. Whist it was not a major inconvenience, it should not have happened.

The first thing getting in to the main lobby and not seen ordinary reception desk, but a receptionist behind the modern table offering us to have a seat into the armchairs and having coffee or glass of wine. Amazing welcome! Nice size room with the sea view. Comfortable and nicely equipped. Lovely buffet breakfast. Very relaxing and effective SPA. And the main thing is, they noticed that it was my birthday and congratulated me with a bottle of champagne and a cake left in the room. Such a thoughtful surprize. They made my day!

Small area to sunbathe only 20 sun beds for large hotel

Excellent staff in all departments Alex in reception was extremely helpful on arrival and during our 12 night stay. Breakfast was excellent large chose both hot and cold food with very friendly waiting staff. Indoor pool with large seating area to relax and spa ( pay extra ) was well worth the 25 euros. We give the hotel 5 stars our stay in room 1102 with sea view and the large king size bed was excellent, tea/coffee and fridge in room with safe for valuables plus large tv with English channels.

The public areas were smart and modern. The pool area on the 2nd floor was visually stunning with plenty of seating/sunbathing areas.the food and restaurant on this floor were amazing. The cafe/restaurant in the 17th floor had amazing views and again the food was good.

Rooms were pretty basic - had a standard double - and tired looking. Some of the furniture was chipped and the bathroom ware had rust patches. The bath plug didn’t fit properly so it took ages for the bath to fill. Tv channels restricted to 2 in English. Tea/ coffee facilities were mean - 2 tea bags and 2 milks.

Breakfast and dinner were both excelent with lots of choices. Room 701, the veiws are out of this world!!!!

Breakfast is super nice, chef cooked omlette with your chosen ingredients and prosecco on the ready. And everything else you'd expect. Rooms are very well equipped, clean and well maintained, the bed was comfy. Pool area is super fun to hang out in, though there should be more loungers. Spa was amazing, tried the spa and the massage.

The location is a bit quieter than other cities and not many things to do there. It's very close to the airport though which is a plus. Overall, no complaints at all, would stay again.
