It was lovely staying in Laura’s accommodation. Initially, There was couple of issues regarding booking, but she sorted everything for me, in a very timely manner. I loved her Place, very nice and Authentic accommodation. Amazing and powerful skylight in bathroom. Very nice seating areas within apartment complex. Good and handy breakfast. Internet, TV etc. Very good reliable access to public transport to Airport and most amazing beaches. Very clean Kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom, if anything for improvement: The mattress was a bit soft but it did very good job, I am used to more firm mattress ; to be honest the overall stay was really enjoyable. I know I am a bit demanding, but having Ironing Facility will be a great add to such lovely place; Laura, you may charge people for using it, 1-5 euros? Then It will pay for itself. I understand that current value for such very good price is sufficient, keeping in mind the amazing services you provide, There is that lovely box with things that you are allowed to use if you have something missing and struggling to buy it, eg late Sundays when shops closed, people please don’t abuse such lovely initiative. That was my first time in Lanzarote, guess what, I booked another stay in 4 weeks time, next time I am going for a bigger place as kids joining me; If I come again to Lanzarote as solo or with my wife only, definitely I would prefer to stay at Laura’s place. Thanks Laura, I didn’t get a chance to say a -face to face- hello, but you are very well organised lady.

The room was very small but just fine, clean, with a good, decent private bathroom. Interesting shared spaces to hang out if there was a group of travelers... even a smart TV.

The breakfast, I don't recommend it. They say it's because of some regulations on what they can offer, but I don't believe all accommodation properties offering good breakfast are breaking the rules. Yogurt and a piece of fruit is fine, the rest are the cheapest, packaged, over-processed supermarket products with no or bad taste.

Laura was very friendly and helpful. Self check-in was pretty straightforward and the property is very cute. Laura brought us an extra blanket upon request and was generally very responsive. We loved the water pressure in the shower. My dietary needs were catered to at breakfast (I think one day whoever prepped it forgot and gave me regular milk, but the rest of the time it was great). The area is quiet and peaceful. The fruit at breakfast was delicious! There's free parking nearby and the property is very well-located. Overall, great value for money.

The walls were thin so we could hear people whenever they were in the common areas. The towels left little bits on us after we dried ourselves off with them, and the bed could have been comfier - we woke up a lot in the middle of the night and had back pain in the mornings.

Great location easy to walk down to the harbourside restaurants. Easy to walk up to the Mercadona supermarket. The breakfast was left in the communal fridge late in the evening ready for next day which was convenient when getting out early. The comunal area was kept very clean and the courtyard was a great space.

The owner was awaiting an industrial cleaning team to remove the thick dust off the bedroom fan and from the bathroom lights. This was disappointing and the dust made me cough a lot. Smoking was allowed in the courtyard which meant I had to keep my window shut to prevent the smell coming into my room and meant I couldn't have my breakfast out there.

Nice house with friendly and helpful owner. Very quiet and good location with close proximity to the main tourist area with restaurants and bars. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved to spend time the terrace at the evening.

No AC in the room. Sometimes we felt smelly gasses from outside drains.

It was cold, when we came, weather outside was windblowing! So it would be good, that one can feel warmth, which was not possiblle, as the passage is oppened all the time! Breakfast: consider about some bread, as all the rest is sweeat?

Great location a short walk to the lagoon and all its restaurants and cafés. Extremely clean room and comfortable large bed. Great shower. Lovely patio to sit out on. Useful shared kitchen for included basic breakfast. Great communication from host, though didn't meet face to face.

Sliced bread for toast would be useful. Maybe wine glasses or small tumblers in the kitchen would be useful also. Ceiling fan was noisy at night.

Great spacious room, comfortable bed. Delicious VEGAN breakfast possible :) Laura, the owner of the b&b is super friendly and always there is you need something. The communication before and while my stay was always fast and easy. The location is very central but very calm. The rooms and the place in general are decorated with a lot of attention to detail and equipped with most things you need. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend staying here :)

Very clean & I had everything I needed! Laura responded very quickly and gave good instructions on how to self check-in. Lovely that there was a common terrace.

Breakfast was as mentioned before not too much. For me that was totally fine because I had enough with it but maybe some variety in breakfast would be great! Not always a sandwich for example! :-)

The location was good. The host, Laura, was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The BnB was really cosy, clean, and comfortable.

Having an inclusive breakfast was very important to us. However, from Feb 2024, the brunch was replaced by basic snacks for breakfast (and we booked in December 2023). There wasn't any refund offered for this. So, that was disappointing.
