Good location, however if you are car-less then you are restricted to the schedule of bus 92 whose earliest departure was at 8:50 am so you need to plan your day around that.. Taxi to airport 23 euros not that bad. Big apartments , enough kitchen equipment including a Italian press. Good Aircon/ heating system, good shower. A bit dated but, you notice it only if that is something that can bother you. Good mattresses and pillows. Nice beach 3 mins away from the resort. "

The cleaning wasn't done at all during the 5 day stay only one day towel change, not something I experienced before. Some restaurants are a bit pricey I thought for what you get and expensive "supermarkets "

The location was excellent, just a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and beach. As we were there out of season in April, there were only 4 restaurants open near the beach and the small supermarket opened on the 15th. It was lovely and quiet tho. We recommend Casa Fermin restaurant - the food is really nice and so is the owner. The reception staff were extremely helpful and they allowed us to check out 1.5 hours later so that our baby could have his morning nap in the room, even tho they were going to be full on our check out day and needed to clean the room. We asked for a highchair and travel cot in our room which was kindly accommodated. The hotel restaurant and bar was closed due to being out of season. It was really quiet and some days we had the pool to ourselves! It isn't heated so it was a bit chilly but it was ok on a hot day. The grounds are pretty and well maintained. You can get on a bus just down the road from the hotel and go to Mahon. Takes 30 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and we will be definitely be visiting Menorca again!

The apartments are a little dated in the kitchen area, but we knew that from the photos before booking.

The accommodation was excellent pool facilities very disappointing as the bar and restaurant were not open during our stay and was not going to open this year which was not very good as they could not get staff to run bar or restaurant it would have been nice to have been told as we had no facilities around the pool

The lack of bar and restaurant facilities by the pool was very disappointing as you could not get breakfast or drinks food during the day. The hotel manager told us it would not be open this year due to staffing issues. The ground looked like they need some attention as not a pleasing as in previous years. some of the paths need to be repaired and some rubbish bins around the pool would be a good idea

The apartments were in a great location just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool and gardens were lovely with some lovely plants. The sunbeds and bean bags round the pool were clean and comfortable.

Although there were kitchen facilities there were no basic provisions such as some tea or coffee and salt and pepper. It was possible to cook a meal but we had to get even the basics to do so. Also something that would be hard to rectify as it is to do with the build of the apartments - but basically you could hear the 'plumbing' workings of other apartments around you, so that someone showering very early or late could be clearly heard - along with toilet flushes.

On arrival, collection of keys was easy from reception and the lady that greeted us was so very helpful with all information required. The location of the apartment was great. The beach was just a 10 minute walk away along with some excellent restaurants that were positioned on the the front right by the beach, there was also plenty of super markets. The whole area was great and had everything that was needed for a relaxing break. The 92 bus service is also readily available and takes you into Mahon at such a cheap price. Wish our bus services were as good as this in the UK.

We were a little disappointed to be advised that the advertised restaurant was not open at all and far as I can see is not going to be just be mindful of this.

Great quiet location (in mid-September). Very close to a bus stop with short journey to Mahon (the capital), and the ensuing transport links to the entire island. Beach is also only a ten minute walk from apartments. Lovely pool, which was not very busy during our stay. Staff are very pleasant (Angela was the receptionist we saw the most, and she is a gem!) and helpful, and helped us book taxis and day trips. Continental buffet breakfast was great. We had a fantastic week staying here. Very reasonable prices at the time we booked it.

Minor niggles in the room such as slightly unreliable WiFi, a few fixtures were not working perfectly (light in the bathroom, bed was a bit shaky). These were minor and didn't affect our holiday.

Lovely flat. Crystal clean, found it nice and fresh. The pool is amazing and was almost all mine on a Sunday afternoon. Nice. Needed a room after work on Sunday morning to wait for my flight Monday morning and it couldn't have been better. Felt like I had arrived at home already but with a beautiful beach a stone thrown away. When I got back from the beach, could enjoy the most beautiful sunset from my bedroom window. Fantastic. The pool was big, very pleasant, and fairly quiet. There was a supermarket across the road, and it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a number of restaurants. The flat was very clean. The reception staff are very helpful. We had a late flight, so after check out they suggested we use the pool and provided us with towels for a shower by the reception area. It was very good value.

The flat was a bit dated, but it had everything you needed, kettle, microwave, TV etc, plus a nice terrace.

I booked a two-rooms apartment-which I shared with two friends. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The balcony was big and despites we were near the pool the were not mosquitos. The staff are super friendly-both the housekeepers and the receptionists. Especially the girl in reception on our arrival- she was great and helped us with an issue we had with the sofa. I will book this place again!

The apartment could do with a mirror-there was only one in the bathroom. Also, the freezer was full of ice :)

The location is great close ro the beach a supermarket and the center of the villa all at walking distance and the surrounding of the apartments are calm and quiet and the swimming pool is amazing very quiet and relaxing and we could even enjoy night swims

The furniture was old and not really working well the stove and the tv we could not see any of the matches because they do not have all channels included even the basic ones
