The location is perfect for business and leisure both purpose travellers as the metro station name La Sagrera is very close to this Hotel and about only just five minutes walking distance to reach from metro and also very good to connect with Barcelona city , Halal food is also at a very short walking distance where you can get good food from a Pakistani Restaurant for just 5 to 15 euros some supermarkets are also near by Perfect choice for Barcelona city centre and for Europa Fira or Fira exhibition centre from the metro connections just remember to always exit or enter from La Sagrera metro with jardin d lux exit which even makes closer and comfortable to this hotel by walk Just renember if you use this jardin d lux side of La Sagrera metro station to enter or exit it's better

Nothing to dis like everything is perfect here , if visiting again I will stay here at Hotel Acta Laumon Barcelona but the prices must not be more than 110 euro per night for a double room with breakfast as I paid much higher through booking .com as could be the reason I travelled during the busy season but overall perfect experience

The whole hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very kind. Good breakfast with fresh baked goods every morning. Free water bottle in the room that you can refill for free :) great location, close to the metro station La Sagrera (L1 and L5). You can't hear any noise from the streets, it's really quiet.

We didn't have toilet brush in pur bathroom. The bed was small. The inner walls are so thin that we could hear the neighbours. Since we had super noisy neighbours that were out late and came back latec we heard the doors banging, loud chatting, laughing, hair dryer etc. at 1 or 2 in the morning. And at 5am their alarm.

The hotel is really cute and new, very clean and conveniently located (5 minutes walk from La Sagrera tube station). My room came with a big balcony with a nice view. Room had a good size and I appreciated the relaxed environment. Nearby there are nice tapas bar where you can have breakfast/tapas and enjoy the local experience!

I wanted to have breakfast (it cost 12 euros) but choice is quite limited. I suggest some improvements for people who are gluten intolerant or don't drink regular milk. In the end I went round the corner and for 5,2 EUR I got oat cappuccino, pan con tomate and scrumble eggs.

The room for 3 people is a bit small if you have suitcases. Most of the staff were great. But there was on staff person who annoyingly told us that the utensils in the lobby were not for everyone’s use. There was no signs that said that and it was right next to the water and coffee that was free for all customers, at any time. So we assumed that we could grab a plate and fork to have some food we got. But apparently it’s only for breakfast use, which was not mentioned to use during our check in, or any other time until the lady got annoyed at us.

There was an issue with our room, but Sara handled the problem professionally and helped us with a room that met the standards - The room was very warm, you could control the temperature by yourself - Great water pressure and hot water - The 6th floor is a small rooftop where you can enjoy some drinks with your mates - Very good location, 5 minutes away from the metro station and 1 minute away from a big supermarket - Friendly staff

The breakfast is not worth it, the selection is very small and the food is quite old (the ham was stinky and the sausages looked very old and reheated) - No toilet brush - Could work more on cleaning - Weird smelling shower gel

Food was ok great that you accomadate late arrivals whos hungry Get a big pan huge pan of say top beef with veg Freeze it heat it tgrough would knock the socks of the menu Plus this is a game changer fresh buns a slow cooker on ready with nice gravy hot beef buttys keep it on low you will make a killing hearty healthy and filling and for vegans plenty fresh fruit..simple thanks put my check in the post no better stillput in saras manager account c James hunter

Stayed at the hotel mid February on the small double room. The room is relatively small, as mentioned on the description, however, fully functional for 2 people - it is even equipped with a desk, which can be used for work. The location is perfect, a 4 minute walk from the closest metro station - you need to exit from the "correct" exit, which is the closer to the hotel. Note, also, that the metro station is connected to two different lines, offering more choices without many transits. On 150m, you may find a large super market with everything you may need and on the same distance there is a nice cafe to get a coffee. The neighbourhood is safe, you don't feel any danger at all even at nighttime. Finally, the staff is extremely friendly, with a 24-hour reception. They even stored our luggage for a few hours both on the arrival and departure, in order to have some initial and final walks in Barcelona. It will be a definite recommendation to anyone I know who will visit Barcelona in the future and also, the first choice for myself.

The staff are nice, the room was comfortable. everything was clean and tidy. the mattress was ok, toilet was clean. connected and fast internet that covers the room so you can do some work on the little desk. the location is fine, not close to many places but only a metro station away from main attractions.

they don't give water in the room which was weird. the hotel is next to a school so it can get noisy during daytime.

We are 2 families and we lived in an apartment with 3 bedrooms. We loved the apartment because : 1. Very good location . Close to a big metro station ( La Sagrera) and made our visits to the sites extremely easy. 2. Very well cleaned and there is laundry machine and dishwasher . 3. The air conditioner worked very well and internet was fast 4. Very friendly and helpful personnel 5. Plenty of cafe and restaurants in the neighborhood

We loved everything and no complaints at all

Great value for money, we stayed a family of 6 and it was comfortable enough for all of us. The complimentary bottles of water or a nice touch. Sara, the receptionist, was spectacular and so helpful. She made our stay fantastic.

Getting in and out is tricky, you have one set of keys which open all doors. Two people can't go outside of the apartment in different directions in the same time.
