Location is excellent. A few metro stops or a pleasant walk to many sights. Very secure. Friendly staff,

We were charged for an additional half of our stay after checking in and paying in full. The amount was refunded when we brought it up but a request to speak to a managerial staff after it happened went unanswered. We had to call housekeeping one day to remind them to come clean the room

The views were amazing, the room décor was a little tired but spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast - there was a lot of choice and the staff were very helpful and attentive.

It would have been nice it the pool was heated. A few children braved it but there were no adults. The jacuzzi was heated so we headed there but there was no shade nearby so a little tricky to stay with the children. Another small quibble was that bread was brought with our lunch, we didn't order it, didn't want it but then got charged for it! When I raised it I was told it was just 'part of the service' and if I was unhappy I should raise it with the manager.

The staff were incredible, Marie (from Holland) and Maya (from Saudi) delivered exceptional service. They were both interns yet were absolutely fantastic and are both a credit to their respective hospitality schools.

The level of construction taking place - I wasn’t aware the hotel is under refurbishment and had a giant yellow crane and scaffold / lift shaft directly outside of our window. No mention of this at check in nor the intermittent building works and associated noises.

The pools were great. Staff were nice. Very clean. Good breakfast.

Bad smell in the room from the ventilation. They will charge you extra for WiFi. They don't have a dining menu a la carte.

Fantastic views, great location and all round stunning hotel. We also love the bar and its charming staff and the swimming pool and gardens.

Staff at Marina restaurant are arrogant, rude and service is substandard.

The attentiveness and hospitality of the hotel staff is next level. I have stayed in many premium luxury hotel and must admit that this hotel is amongst the best. The beach front location, Room size, upkeep of amenities was superb. Can't recall all the names of staff who always went out of the way for all we wanted. Very happy with our stay and highly recommended for the families.

The hotel did amazingly well. However if hard pressed for some suggestions to improve, the checkin time was slow in my case due to some computer failure but could be one off issue. Also there is some construction going on in the property which while drilling makes lot of sound. This was not informed prior to checkin.

It’s rare that a hotel really is close to perfect and I think this most definitely is! Everyone was helpful and friendly who worked there and it felt safe and relaxing. The room was incredible- really clean and stylish and the bathroom was such a treat. Location great Pool and pool restaurant was very good. We are keen to come again as it was excellent. I like the hotel close to the beach and have a nice good view. Staffs are helpful and assist to sort out my reservation. House keeping did an excellent job to keep the room clean. They are also attentive to small details.

The shower cubicle drain is clogged and water cannot drain properly. It flooded to the other bathroom area. I believe the drainage should maintain better form time to time.

Everything was at the highest level. We’ve spent some magical moments at this hotel and enjoyed every second of it. The view was spectacular, the rooms big and clean, the staff absolutely impressive and made our stay memorable. One of our best stays at a 5 star hotel. They went above and beyond to make my wife’s birthday to remember and I am really pleased that we chose this hotel. Alex the Concierge booked the best restaurants for us and made us have a true culinary experience in Barcelona! Thank you for that! Breakfast impeccable, the 2 Michelin star restaurant to die for! I highly recommend this hotel if you want to have a true 5 star experience.
