The room was excellent for the price range. I was really surprised that it had such a spacious bathroom. I was also very pleasantly surprised that there was a small kettle in it. The location is great. Very close to the metro and half an hour walk to the Stadio Olympico. I can only describe the breakfast in one word - excellent. Very tasty and well prepared buffet. I have to mention the great service. They are super helpful and nice, especially Eduardo and IIyan, but the other guys are great too. I can't say anything negative about my stay. Great hotel, service and location.

Great location close to most amenities. Room was of a very good standard although more of a 3star standard rather than as listed. BFast and reception team were great.

Location excellent. Staff very helpful. Recommendations for local restaurants and advice for safe experience was great. Ordered a taxi for our return trip to the art port in the early hours. Very reliable and reception manned 24/7 for help and support. Sauna booked for an hour. Exclusive use. Towels provided for this.

Window had no view but it did open. Beds very clean and fresh - mattress firm. Sauna wasn’t really hot, but it was clean and quiet.

Great value for money. The rooftop was a nice feature and relaxing on the roof and using by the small pool was just to cool off was nice. The room was ideal for what we needed and the bathroom was huge. The staff were very lovely and helpful with some great recommendations. Everything in the centre was all very walkable and a metro station was near by.

Friendly welcoming team, from Reception through breakfast to housekeeping. Great recommendations for places to eat. Rooms are basically furnished and not huge but clean, comfortable and quiet - we were on 3rd floor street side and windows sufficiently insulated to block out all outside noise. Situated between Eixample and Gothic quarter, short walk from riverside, 2 mins to metro with funicular to Montjuic and couple of stops to the train station. 10 min walk from the airport shuttle bus. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing negative. People may think it's expensive for such a basic room but in comparison to other places and taking account of the positives it's on a par.

I am sorry to not have his name, but the desk reception staff were extremely helpful for providing info for getting around town, using metro and restaurant suggestions. The pillows were soft and the bed and bedding comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast had a great selection.

Need a better rooftop lounging area. The hot tub was cold water which was great for me but most were looking for a hot "hot" tub. Not enough chairs for sitting.

As an English speaking visitor the staff accommodated the language barrier really well. The room was comfortable and relaxing. On the day of checkout the hotel even allowed us to leave our bags in a secured room whilst we went out to explore before having to leave for our cruise ship later that day.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like this but the shower door was shorter than the length of the tub which was different. I’m not sure if it’s Euro thing but that’s it.

Very welcoming and helpful first impression from Eduardo on reception. All the reception staff were polite and friendly. We were allocated a " quiet" room at the back of the hotel which I had requested and was very pleased with. Comfy bed, great bathroom...(a bit dated decor wise maybe) excellent shower, great lighting and lots of room! The room was larger than expected. We were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. After reading some quite negative reviews we were not sure what to expect but I would not hesitate to return !

Noisy, inconsiderate guests on the corridor sometimes. It can happen in any hotel! Walls maybe a bit thin but if guests were considerate it wouldn't be an issue!

Great location, room and front desk staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was close to the harbour and to La Rambla. My husband and I enjoy walking and found it easy to make our way around Barcelona, from the hotel to the places we wanted to visit.

I attempted to book directly with the hotel which is my preference. However, the hotel was fully booked for the dates required. The fellow at the front desk suggested booking through Booking.com and I was able to secure the room that way but always prefer to deal directly with the hotel.
