Location was AMAZINGGG everything was close to us metro, the stores, Starbucks, casa batlo was a 10 minute walk, and a 7 minute walk to la rambla, all restaurants were so close to the apartment, supermarket, it was clean and spacious for eight people

The air conditioning kept dripping water, you can't be loud because neighbors will directly complain although we weren't in the apartment the whole time we only came to sleep we would still get a complain the thing that wasn't nice was the loud glasses that the workers take from outside next to the trash cans they would take it mostly late at night and just waiting for the deposit that supposed to be refunded but still hasn't received it yet

The location is fantastic. The apartment is large.

One of the bathroom smell bad. I have to sign the agreement via web and the Booking.com amount was different. I tried to ask the staff, but our communication was really poor and with no explanation.

Nothing to complain about, Instructions for entering were delayed but only because the email wasn't coming through for some reason. Host was very available and communicated well. Property is clean and comfortable and modern. The Terrace is large and overlooks La Rambla below you. You can see the W Hotel and Tibidabo in the distance. No complaints! We really enjoyed the property. Rent yourself a 125 cc scooter and go explore Sitges on C 31 route along the coast!

The AC unit in the living room worked but it was LEAKING a lot, so we turned it off and cleaned up the water frequently.

Apartment is very comfortable and clean, very good AC was needed for summer stay. Lovely location, very close and walkable to the city center. Parking nearby is very convenient.

Feature photo is misleading, must book the penthouse apt for the rooftop terrace. Remote key access is complicated for check-in, especially without good service or early access to wifi.

The apartment was in an amazing location, so central in Barcelona! It was also very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our holiday. It had 3 large double bedrooms which was perfect for the 6 of us.

When the main door to the building was locked at night, it took us a while to figure out how to get in (just to note it’s a small door within the large main door!) There also wasn’t any staff/concierge at the weekend so we weren’t able to leave our bags with anyone after we checked out as we had a little while to wait for our flight, that wasn’t too much of an issue though.

The best location possible in Barcelona. The very center of the city, the Eixample district and Rambla, and at the same time there is also a transport hub at Plaza Catalunya. Wonderful apartments. Cozy, spacious, clean, comfortable. Wonderful terrace, wonderful view of the city. Remarkable responsiveness of the staff, instant response to guest requests. The only thing that could be changed is the electronic key for the apartment itself. I should note that it is unstable. It works every once in a while, often requiring repeated actions. Location very good.Public transport taxis very nearby. Maximum locations like Ramblas , Gothic area, Casa Batlo, Bouqoria all in walking limit. Apartment very comfortable. Clean bathrooms.

Management poor. Elevators are very old . When we were to checkout , it did not work. We have to carry the whole of the luggage from the 4th floor to the entrance. Man in concierge replied I could not do anything before 11.00 am and as our checkout time was 11.00 am and we have to catch the train we had to bring luggage downstairs.

Received a call about a noise complaint the first evening. We were asleep at 2am and my 4 year old son was asleep with a machine making ocean sounds. Apparently the noise monitor in the apartment signaled it was too loud so we lowered it. Also the washing machine/dryer should come with step by step directions to complete a simple load of laundry and dry it. It would save alot of time
