I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed—from great local recommendations to quick service with a smile. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Barcelona, close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. My room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay, and the entire property felt fresh and well cared for. The service overall was top-notch. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and it was clear the staff takes pride in delivering a high-quality guest experience. A special mention goes to the breakfast it was delicious with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options and great coffee! There were even mimosas if you wanted that. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona!

Most friendly staff, cleanest common areas and rooms! Loved the fountain and the water bottle to stay hydrated! Loved the bathrobe and slippers! Gorgeous bathroom tile color! Amazing drinks! Amazing tapas! The hummus was so good!!! Centrally located, safe, and EASY! Breakfast was so yummy!!

Loved, loved, loved this accommodation! It is a beautiful property. The location is absolutely perfect. We were able to walk everywhere but if you are not a fan of walking there is metro and buses nearby. The street our window faced was quiet, but if you just turn around the corner you will find yourselves in the middle of the bustling city. Our room offered a beautiful balcony with city views. We booked a room for 3 adults and the extra bed was as comfortable as the "real" bed which is not always the case when we travel. Huge plus! Breakfast was great, possible to sit outside on their courtyard. Staff is friendly and helpful, big thank you to the ladies in the reception and the breakfast team! I have food allergies and the breakfast team was knowledgeable and able to inform me of what options was suitable for me, making me feel safe. The roof top bar gave us a view over the city and nice cocktails. We travelled in the end of May so the weather was perfect, not too warm. Next time I am in Barcelona I will definitely book this hotel again, can't wait!

We checked in quite late due to train delays and had an early flight the next day. On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff on reception. We were delighted to be told that our room had been upgraded to a suite. The room was huge, as was the bathroom, and had everything you could possibly want. There was also a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed our complimentary bottle of Cava. The bed was one of the most comfortable we had ever slept in. The whole experience was AMAZING!

Breakfast was excellent. Good food, good atmosphere. Bathroom was lovely. We liked the cocktail bar and had a few meals there. All the staff were very attentive and helpful.

Room was good but very little storage for clothes (one small drawer and one shed). Otherwise all was good however one morning when for some reason our cards stopped working (so couldn’t use lift) we tried the stairs but, of course, we were locked in the stairwell! Very scary. We liked the hotel, the above issues did not put us off.

I stayed at Pulitzer Barcelona during my first-ever solo trip, and I couldn’t have felt more welcome. From the moment I contacted the hotel before my arrival and throughout my stay, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. A special thank you to Alba for her warmth and for the sweet surprise she had prepared in my room – it truly touched me and made my stay even more memorable. I hope to return one day. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable and cared for!

The location is very convenient for first time sightseeing and the room was comfortable for the most part. Breakfast was excellent and communal spaces in the hotel (rooftop deck and lobby lounge) were nice to hang out in as a solo traveller.

I found the bathroom to be narrow and a bit squishy between the toilet and the shower and I am a fairly small female. I think a larger person might find it uncomfortably small. I liked the rooftop deck but I found the DJ to be quite loud, so I would usually leave once the music started up and head for the lounge to sit somewhere quietly. Also, there could be a lot of street noise late at night so it might be better to get a room that doesn't have a balcony facing the street.
