Most friendly staff, cleanest common areas and rooms! Loved the fountain and the water bottle to stay hydrated! Loved the bathrobe and slippers! Gorgeous bathroom tile color! Amazing drinks! Amazing tapas! The hummus was so good!!! Centrally located, safe, and EASY! Breakfast was so yummy!!

Loved, loved, loved this accommodation! It is a beautiful property. The location is absolutely perfect. We were able to walk everywhere but if you are not a fan of walking there is metro and buses nearby. The street our window faced was quiet, but if you just turn around the corner you will find yourselves in the middle of the bustling city. Our room offered a beautiful balcony with city views. We booked a room for 3 adults and the extra bed was as comfortable as the "real" bed which is not always the case when we travel. Huge plus! Breakfast was great, possible to sit outside on their courtyard. Staff is friendly and helpful, big thank you to the ladies in the reception and the breakfast team! I have food allergies and the breakfast team was knowledgeable and able to inform me of what options was suitable for me, making me feel safe. The roof top bar gave us a view over the city and nice cocktails. We travelled in the end of May so the weather was perfect, not too warm. Next time I am in Barcelona I will definitely book this hotel again, can't wait!

Breakfast was excellent. Good food, good atmosphere. Bathroom was lovely. We liked the cocktail bar and had a few meals there. All the staff were very attentive and helpful.

Room was good but very little storage for clothes (one small drawer and one shed). Otherwise all was good however one morning when for some reason our cards stopped working (so couldn’t use lift) we tried the stairs but, of course, we were locked in the stairwell! Very scary. We liked the hotel, the above issues did not put us off.

The location is very convenient for first time sightseeing and the room was comfortable for the most part. Breakfast was excellent and communal spaces in the hotel (rooftop deck and lobby lounge) were nice to hang out in as a solo traveller.

I found the bathroom to be narrow and a bit squishy between the toilet and the shower and I am a fairly small female. I think a larger person might find it uncomfortably small. I liked the rooftop deck but I found the DJ to be quite loud, so I would usually leave once the music started up and head for the lounge to sit somewhere quietly. Also, there could be a lot of street noise late at night so it might be better to get a room that doesn't have a balcony facing the street.

Location was absolutely brilliant. Very central, right beside Metro stops. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, bed comfy, loads of pillows. Lovely freebies in room too. Loved that there was a refillable water tap on our floor too! Highly recommend upgrading room to balcony room. Beds made and changed every day. Room size fab. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment but the breakfasts looked fab.

Shower had slight musty smell from drain but not enough to say to staff. Balcony room we had (room 501) was at the front of the hotel, we slept with balcony door open but it was very loud at night with bin trucks, nightclubs etc. But when the door was closed, was no problem.

location & interior

The amenity bottles were from a cool cosmetic brand however they have been refilled with different products which were not high quality. We found it misleading and quite disappointing. Also, one of the plugs next to the bed was not working so out phone was not charging during the night.

From the arrival the staff was friendly and accommodating, specially Natalia & Ian who made sure to accommodate us even though we arrived hours before the check in. The room was beautiful as well as neat and cleaned daily. The breakfast had a lot of variety to choose from and the bar was very nice, I specially loved the way that Richard & Carmine treated us while there.

We wish the hotel bar was kept open longer and there were additional menu options to order during breakfast but that’s really just nitpicking as I mentioned above it was truly outstanding.
