Absolutely brilliant place to stay. An oasis of peace & comfort. Enjoy Benidorm but have a quiet night & good sleep. I can't speak highly enough about the wonderful, kind, helpful & friendly staff - on reception, in the bar, in the shop and the cleaning staff who have this place spotless. Spacious apartment overlooking the marvellous pool - even beautiful to sit on the massive balcony at night as the pool is lit up. It's an easy 10 minute walk down to the seafront, more effort coming back up but absolutely no problem if you are even of average fitness. I really loved my stay here.

Food is good value. I liked the salad for lunch but the dinner buffet did not appeal to me. Breakfast was ok - but please cook the bacon & sausages more thoroughly !

Nice and quiet part of Benidorm. We wanted somewhere away from the August mayhem. Rooms were clean everything worked. Shower was lovely. Safe was 20€ for the week got 6€ back when gave the key back. Parking was €7 per day, there was a carpark across the road for free but it always fills up quickly. A ten min walk down to the old town & beach. Massive pool area for everyone. Only ate twice in the place once we done the buffet it's 16€ per adult and €9 per child, starts at 7pm and you can eat and drink as much as you like to 9.30pm. Just your usual all inclusive kinda buffet something for everyone. We done it once for handiness, we aren't fans of all inclusive food normally. Had a burger and chips one day at the bar (11am - 3pm) was beautiful. Kids loved the entertainment. Two 8 year old girls, made a friend from England (Crystal) who they keep talking about now!! All in all a Great time!

Rooms are dated, but if they were done up we would be paying a different price.

Location, 10 min. walk to the beach and shopping areas. Clean rooms. The staff was really kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options!

Not really a bad thing, because I understand they had to do the maintenance and cleaning of the pool, but it would be nice if the pool was opened a little later. Sometimes I wish I could go for a late afternoon swim. It would also be nice if we had a bit more information about the facilities and opening hours in the room. We never knew at what time the grocery store opens or when the gaming room closes. We only found out there was a gym on the last day. Just a little pamphlet in every room with a map of the facility and opening hours for everything would be really helpful.

- The apartment is nice with a view at the pool - They clean it every 2 -3 days - The buffet was good - They do activities everyday for kids and for adults - the room is equipped with needed tools.

- The buffet is the same with very small changes, if you stay for long you will be bored of eating the same thing every day. - Less activities during winter since they have less guests. - The outside pool is closed during winter - it's not near the city center or the sea but with car it's just a few minutes. - The car parking is still an extra cost.

We stayed in august 2024 as a party of 4 adults and 1 two year old in two 1 bedroom apartments. The hotel is ideal for families. The pool with slides and the playground area were all that our 2 year old needed. There is a great games room, pool tables, gym, indoor adult only pool. And the rest of the programme with kids club activities sounded great. The entertainment team were fantastic organising water aerobics, water polo, volleyball, a foam party, pool inflatable slides, all during the day. At night there was a kiddies disco, karaoke, quiz, magic show, bingo. It was all done with a lot of fun and enthusiasm. That is what I loved most about the hotel- how positive the staff are- happy, welcoming and responsive to our needs. Our plane was delayed when we arrived and so didn’t arrive until 10pm and the reception team played up a cold meat salad and put it in our rooms and put an extra key card in the electric slot so our rooms would be cool on arrival. The apartments are functional which is what we wanted- nothing that our 2 year old could destroy. But everything is there for you- cooking equipment, kettle, cutlery and crockery. The TV has some English channels. The beds are comfortable including the sofas that can be slept on. The apartments and the whole hotel were spotlessly clean. And the wifi was the best I have had in a hotel. We stayed half board and the food was excellent. The basics for each meal were there every day but each day something new- and nice touches- a real honeycombs dripping fresh honey to add to your cereal and yoghurt, pancakes some days, porridge, a great selection of pastries, a full English breakfast and cold meats. The evening meal had real variety- salmon, prawns, tuna, soups, a great salad bar, a good roast dinner, as well as pasta, chips etc. And your drinks are included- beer, wine, coke etc Remember this is a 3-star hotel which provides great value for what you pay but it is unsophisticated.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. But it’s worth talking about the hill down to the beach. It is all on pavements so it is easy underfoot. It is steep but it isn’t too long. It takes 10 minutes if you are fit- I did it in this time pushing a pushchair and am 55. We only did it 3 times because the pool area was so good and the beach was quite crowded (but clean and with good facilities). And the area of Benidorm you land in is not clubland - just restaurants and shops and beach. The minimart in the hotel had limited choice of food and so we went to a supermarket which requires car or taxi.

Positives All other staff are lovely! Reception staff are helpful and the pool bar staff are great. There was an incident in the pool where a child had an accident and they Closed the pool and it was throughly Cleaned but closed for most the day. They put up inflatables in the pool at weekends for the kids which was lots of fun! The food was really nice, we had a chicken kebab and chicken strips. There is a mini mart on site but it closes very early around 6pm. These apartments are great for families wanting to be outside of the centre of Benidorm but they are located within a walkable distance. Pool towels can be hired for €2 and €10 deposit

Very few negatives but let’s start with them Cleaners didn’t come everyday meaning our kitchen bin was overflowing. And the sofa beds weren’t made we had to do that ourselves. Lifeguards were rude and uninterested spending more time Looking on their phone and scolding children for splashing them. Never met a lifeguard scared of getting wet in 40 degree heat!

fantastic for families well worth the walk up the hill booked to go back already we had 3 apartments as there were 12 of us 3 generations i hired a mobility scooter as i can’t walk without crutches and it only took 12 minutes for my grandchildren to walk to beach aged 3 and 6 years and they managed to walk up the hill no problem! the staff are excellent extremely good entertainment and food was nice well worth the money!

how private the hotel is as it’s put of the way but not too far love the poenete beach kids park only 12 min walk from hotel / apartment fantastic pool for kids kids club games room and indoor swimming pool for adults and entertainment!

The staff were very friendly especially the young lady who ran the kids entertainment. She was so enthusiastic that it really helped make my 5 year old daughter's holiday. She helped create a great atmosphere at the hotel and I'd just like to commend her for her efforts. The hotel provided good quality entertainment for children by night and the kids club was also very handy by day to allow the kids time away from the glare of the sun between 3 and 6pm. The pool is quite spacious with plenty of seating and ample shallow water for our 4 year old and 2 year old to play in safely. The little playground behind the pool also served our children well and we felt that Terralta was a place we enjoyed very much as a family.

The rooms could be cleaned more often or at least a fresh set of towels provided daily. The hotel itself is quite clean in general though and staff work hard to maintain this cleanliness.

Great value for money. The rooms were large and clean. Although our apartment was self catering we didn’t use the kitchen as we ate out!! A lovely roof terrace for adults only to lie in the sun! The hotel is situated out of town so it’s quiet but still in walking distance of all the hustle and bustle.

The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable and the onsite shop was very basic and closed too early at 5pm - however there was a good supermarket a short walk down the road!

We stayed for just two nights in the middle of a visit to family in the area so that my daughter could enjoy a big pool for a few days and she absolutely loved the pool. The buffet breakfast and dinner were also better than expected. We also loved the games room downstairs although some of them were broken, the reception always refunded us. Underground parking was a bonus for us, and a taxi to the old town cost about 8 euros. Room was very quiet at night and air con was very cool without being noisy or blowing air directly onto you. My daughter also loved meeting Bluey on the second night!
