The hotel is a small, very friendly hotel at the bottom of a narrow street, with an extremely busy bar/cafeteria. As we had a car and needed to park in the public car park (10.50 euros with hotel arrangement) the hotel offered us an apartment (Jaca) right opposite the car park, which was very handy for luggage etc. There were good facilities in the apartment for those who might want to cook and the whole place was very clean. The bed was very comfortable although the bolster pillows weren't! The bathroom was a good size and had a hydromassage shower. Despite being on a main road, with a wedding party being dropped off outside the apartment at 0500, it was reasonably quiet. The apartment and hotel are only a short walk from the centre of the old town.

The staff we're very helpful and nice. Very charming hotel in the city center with parking safe parking one block away. I really like the l9cation and how charming the hotel was. They also allowed pet's.

The lights in the bathroom only worked part of the time but I think they just needed to change the light bulbs. I informed the front desk so hopefully they made a maintenance request. We only stayed one night so we moved a light fixture from the bedroom to the bathroom to make it work for us.

We absolutely love this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Check in/out was really straightforward. Having the cafe attached was a real bonus, great menu and inexpensive… the food was excellent. Our room was so nice, very quiet and peaceful and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large with a walk in shower, very well equipped.

Fantastic location very close to the centre of Cacares. Public car park nearby, very convenient and easy to use. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Cafe attached with excellent menu. Room was well equipped with all facilities fully working.

Great location a few steps from the old town and plaza major. Quaint, old style Spanish hotel but more than adequate for my one night in town. Shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

Good location, working ac, comfortable bed, big shower.

No parking near the hotel, the shower needed some work the door wouldn't close and it didn't drain well so the bathroom flooded and the showers were short. There was no remote for the small screen tv.

Great location close to all the sites, lovely lively cafe. Reception staff were very friendly and facilitated transfer of Camino rucksacks. Rooms were warm.

Bathroom facilities were cramped and could benefit from upgrade.

Absolutely love everything about this property. We always stay here when visiting Cacares. Nothing is too much trouble, both dog and humans given a warm welcome!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a very comfortable apartment and everyone made our little dog very welcome. Good location to walk into the centre of town and very close to the car park.

The receptionist was excellent - she could not have been more helpful. As I had to leave at 6am in the morning she prepared a sandwich for my journey. Such kindness.
